None of their emails are working, I cancelled my order and still waiting for my refund!!! Pathetic service!! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY
This arogent person Louis Labeachagne known as Lappies just does not pay for the goods he orders from the clients!! He claims deposits were paid and then lets clients institute legal action against him to recover their money!! He is not n great person nor an honest person to deal with!! If anyone else has had the same experience with him open a ******** charge against him!! It is clearly his M.O to steel from you!!!
I am absolutely disgusted with your service in your Polokwane offices!!! For three months now I have been trying to get hold of your spares department "Emanual" he is never available and every week when I call and they put me through I get the same message that he is not available!!! I will be posting a very bad review about Defy on every media page available.
MWEB: Every day for the past 3 months I have called MWEB to explain why I am paying for a 50 MPS service but I get less than 5 MPS!!! I have spend R250-300 per day trying to get them to resolve the isssue and finally I get told that they can not promise me 50 MPS service because it depends on MTN as I am using the LTE MTN router that they supplied me with!!! I will advice everyone that has the same problem to join in the "STAND OFF" with MWEB at their offices on Monday the 3rd of April to demand our money back!! YOU MWEB ARE A BUNCH OF THIEVES AND YOU ARE A DISGRACEFUL COMPANY TO ALLOW YOUR STAFF TO IGNORE CUSTOMERS REQUESTS FOR SERVICE!!!! NO ONE EVER CALLS US BACK OR RESOLVES THE PROBLEM

Payfast is a online payment facility that is supposed to secure the person paying a merchant for goods ordered and only release the funds to the merchant once order is out for delivery!! THEY DO NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY NOR DO THEY PENALIZE A MERCHANT OR BLACK LIST THEM IF THEY DO NOT DELIVER A CUSTOMERS GOODS!!! It seems PAYFAST and DEALHUB AND RELIABLE STORE are all in cahoots with each other stealing clients money!!!
Tuesday 15th February Mweb gave me a call in regards to a online query I made about LTE Wifi, the agent went through all the steps to first see if we would have coverage!!! I told him that MTN does not have great reception and some times none here in our area, he insisted it is great coverage and I do not have to worry!! He then said great news and that we have 100% coverage for MTN LTE 10MB Wifi, he then had to do a credit check and done so and I was told to pay a huge deposit which I did!!! I was told the courier would deliver my router and sim!! Friday morning I get an email already with the next month account due??? What the hell??? I have not even got the unit yet!!! Today 21st February the courier gets here, I unpack the box, set up the router with sim in it!! Immediately I see that MTN has no signal here, I call Mweb, first get the run around, spoke to technical and explained that we do not have signal here, he said we wont have signal until the card is activated and I have to wait at least 4 hours with the router switched on!! Well it was on, it was 4 hours, NO SIGNAL and still no internet, NO after hours response or technical support, no I have to wait for them to open tomorrow morning!!! I am not impressed. This is and must be a huge scam to get customers to sign up for 24 month and then the excuses will start!!!
They just cant seem to get it right!!!!! Businesses are charging their customers extra delivery charges for overnight deliveries and then when it comes to tracking parcels one realizes that it is going to take 5 days before your "OVERNIGHT" delivery will get to you!!! This is unacceptable from Businesses and from the courier guy to charge if they can not produce!!!! Both Bela Bela and Nylstroom The Courier Guy just shrubs up their shoulders and does not make any effort to assist people!!!
After weeks of correspondence with their management and pathetic Adri Kruger at screamer they still desperate enough to unlawfully black list me because they refused to take the fact that they could not provide us with service at our new abode when we moved from one town to another as cancellation!!!!! And I would like to know from Hello Peter how they managed to remove my previous review without my consent!!!!
I just spoke to whom I presume is the owner, well made payment yesterday07/07/2020 asked specifically that once paid that I can send my own courier "the courier guy" to pick up the unit from their warehouse!!! I have a professional darts game at 19H00 tonight and that is what the unit was for, to my disappointment this morning my courier notified me that I had to pay them their fee as when they got to PC Shopper the unit was not there and was not ready!!! Whom I presume is the owner told me this morning that there was a mix up as another client took one unit to many by mistake??? I was told that they are going to retrieve the unit within the hour and will then call me!!! This does not really leave me with much hope as they say that their courier does not deliver to Limpopo??? So in essence I am left to once again now pray and hope that they will be honorable enough to make sure that I do get the unit before close of business today and prevent me losing more money and forfeit my position in the darts league. Lets see.
