Our experience with Iron Mountain just gets worse with every email. They have issues with their invoicing, with new systems which don't seem to work. Incompetent staff who have no idea what they are doing. We keep getting emails telling us our account is in arrears and when we query it, we are told it's a system error. We have now tried to withdraw documents and have been told our account is on hold due to invoices outstanding. Is this another system error?? It has now been a week of trying to sort this out and not a single staff member gets back to us. If this is what their service levels look like, then I cannot imagine how safe our confidential documents are being kept.
It has now been ten days since my first complaint and NOTHING has been done.
I have had numerous calls from Mr Price Money telling me that I am in arrears with my account when I paid as requested and my statement clearly says that my next installment is due on 31 March. What is the reason for this incompetence?
We purchased a brand new double door fridge 5 months ago. Two weeks ago the power started tripping every few hours and we paid for an electrician to figure out it was our brand new fridge causing the tripping. AEG then sent out a technician who informed us it was the element in the fridge. He then disconnected this and told us he would order another one. The freezer then stopped working at all and of course we lost all our produce. We have now been told that we will have to wait an additional 15 days for a replacement. Who can wait that long for a fridge and what happens to all our food in the meantime. It seems to be a running problem with AEG and there is no after sales service. This will be absolute last time we purchase one of their products. I have taken to Instagram and Facebook, I am going to report them to the Ombudsman and if we have to, seek legal assistance.
This morning we frequented Shoprite Robertson for a few purchases. My mother attempted to pay for her lettuce and cucumber at the kiosk, the security guard abruptly told her she was not to leave through the area he was standing and proceeded to laugh in her face. We then went to the kiosk via the tills as per his request, however his attitude was incredibly rude and when I checked his name so that I could complain, he turned to me and demanded to know why I wanted to know his name and continued shouting at us as we left the store. His name is Nahimana. This is absolutely unacceptable behaviour by your staff and it is not the first time I have experienced such bad service at this particular store. I would like action be taken this time.<br> <br>
