My husband passed away in 2019. Up to date his estate is still not registered at the master of the high court. Every time I phone or whatsup or email I get the same answer. I will follow up and get back to you. 6 years and 7 months later. Still no answers. The only thing in the estate is my late husband's vehicle for which I need an executors letter to request the natis documents from Standard Bank. I even emailed the Legatus Trust office in Pretoria. Still nothing. I can't get a licence disc for the vehicle. My daughter is using it to work and home. And if something happens to her there is nothing I can do. I cant insure the vehicle or re sell it. All of this due to 'lack of interest in helping me. I need answers. I will even go as far keeping Legatus trus liable for the licence fees. And believe me. I do have Legal assistance
Booked in my A32 Samsung on the 7th April because of a charging problem. They repaired it and a week later it did the same and also started malfunctioning. Booked it in again on the 22 april. I specifically asked that the device is replaced. My reqeust was ignored and 3 weeks later my phone was sent back with everything inside replaced. When it got back Jhb forgot to sent some of the parts. Again I waited. On the 12 May I went to pick up my phone. Only to see my screen is cracked. When I booked it in. There was nothing wrong with the screen. So its going back to jhb again. I dont want that phone back. I want a new one. I can compliment Mohammed at Savannah mall for he is really trying to assist me. But it seems like the problem lies at Jhb
Sent 4 emails to them to return the money they debited from my account as I cancelled the policy, No feedback received. Instead they try to deduct more money, This is really terrible service.
Worst service ever. Had my case on the 1st march 2019 whereby I was told I must wait about a month for the Arbitration case date. Now 3 months later I am still waiting. Im sending emails and phoned them but, with no success. My previous employer cant give me a refference because the case is not settled.
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy S5 from Cell C on the 22nd of March 2015. I used the phone for about 3 weeks when it started freezing and the screen didn't' work. I took it to Samsung Mall of the North where they did a software upgrade. But it still did the same.By the 11th of May 2015 I booked it in for repairs at Cell C Mall of the north. They phoned me yesterday and told me my phone is back from the repair centre. When I saw my phone I thought it was someone else's. It's damaged on the sides and the report said that they had to replace the screen. I have proof that my phone did not have a mark on it when it went in for repairs. I would also like to know why they are not replacing that phone. It wasn't customer negligence. It was a hardware problem. It's unacceptable to have such an expensive phone and it only works for 3 weeks. I can't complain of the service I got from Cell C mall of the North. They still assisted me with a smile. But I am really disgusted with the repair centre'.
