I have been a victim of *****, reported this matter to Thyme bank and they advised me to contact my bank which is FNB. I contact FNB providing all the documents they requested which was sent on the 27 November and to Date I have not received any feedback or my money back. Thyme was very helpful and said that they can get the money back if FNB contacts them. A person by the name of Khutso Penny Gram from FNB was investigating the matter but has not been in contact and there has been no outcome.
I have been a victim of ***** and it has now been 8 days and tymebank has made no effort to contact me. I have sent numerous emails to support and their ***** department. I have evnw openwd a case and provided all the details yet no joy. My personal advice is do not bank with tymebank you will not get any support or after care.
Extremely disappointed in the staff at the Marine Walk Cornubia branch. I have been visiting the Westville branch for the past 12 years and never had a problem. The other branch on the other hand extremly rude staff especially a waiter by the name of Ben Gunning. What was meant to be an evening of celebration ended in disappointment. He was rude service was non existent and the same with the manager on duty.
Mcdonalds Brindhaven Verulam is by far the worst. Always out of stock, extremly slow service, poor food quality. Why is nothing being done about this. It seems Mcdonalds themselves do not care.
There is only 1 forever teller and you wait for hours before you can be assisted. Very poor service and bad experience.
This company does not even deserve a 1 star. It is absolutely disappointing when they debit your account and when it is time to claim they give yiu the run around. I have been on the phone so many times that I lost count. Everytime I ask to speak to a supervisor the supervisor is on lunch. I do not recommend using the unlimited at all. The service level is so poor that it does not exist. The way it seems as if they are running a **** taking people's money but not providing the service. They ask for pictures which gets sent then they ask for it again, they respond on different email threads. They pro long claims because they changed systems and they have a glitch or there is a problem which means you keep paying and nothing gets done. Pathetic is all I have to say
McDonalds Brindhaven Verulam is extremly bad with both the food quality, service and items available. Unfortunately this is the closest outlet and many residence do not have the choice but to order here. There has never been a good experience. One occasion I tried to order combo meals but they did not have any stock of cold drinks and I had to pay extra for the fizz drinks. I add deliver notes for example no tomatoe and yet I still get the tomatoes, staff need to understand people's allergy and preference. The chips are always old. It is very frustrating when you have hungry people.
Extremly poor management from Safair. I arrived at the airport for my flight only to find out that the airline systems are down. There were more than 50 people standing in the line. The airline staff kept on calling a flight to JHB to do a manual check in but there were no passengers that needed to board that flight. The staff did not think of starting the check in process for the next flight and just left the queue to get longer. There was no communication from the staff and I had to hear it via another passenger of what the delay was. I honestly think that management could of handled this situation better. There were alot of angry and upset passengers. Communication and constant updates are vital to inform passengers of what is going on. We are grateful for the airline and they are doing a fantastic job just more management and leadership is needed.
Discovery incorrectly debited my bank account on the 01st August 2023. I have been in contact with my Broker that contact Discovery Medical aid and they advised a refund will be processed. Today is the 30 August 2023 and I have still not received my refund. I have 3 vehicles insured with discover and many other facilities including a bank account. I will now be taking this up legally. Discovery is pathetic and I will look to move all of my facilities elsewhere.
Extremly disappointed, I was on private banking and could not get hold of my banker, I have made a number of phone calls and even made the effort of going to the office and she was still not available. To add to this I have a sim card with fnb and this has stopped working for the past 3 days and they can not resolve the problem. I do not recommend fnb connect at all.
