An amount of R149 was debited from my capitec account on the 30th of June I called nupay and was advised that ics debited ... I called ics and the lady I spoke to could not provide all the answers I needed.. I told her I never agreed to anything with them she says on the system it shows I was called and I agreed to jou them. I asked for the name of the agent who called me, she could not provide, I asked for the recording which she failed to provide and dropped the call on me, I called back and spoke to goodness who promised to call back I asked if she needed my ID she said no how is she going to get information without my ID? <p>All need to know is why was i given the card and noonecared to explain the crazy charges that come with it. I mean a crazy charge call cash handling fee which i was never told about.... someone has to pay for this and it wont be me.... i would never agree to nonsense of a R555 fee that i know nothing about.....</p> <p>. I was reffered to zero debt by a friend a lot of promises were made but non were true. I keep recieving statements from wesbank with a rediculors amount of debt that keeps growing and i always foward what ever info i recieve to zero debt at first i was told go not worry because wesbank had accepted the proposal and the second time i was told not to get confused by wesbank and i must not make any arrangements because all was well. I again recieved a statement with an even bigger debt amount. I was then told to add more more on zero dept to accomodate wesbank to get them off my back of whih i accepted. I than today reiceved a call from wesbank saying my car willbe repossased. Only than when i contacted zero dept i am told that my wesbank did not accept my proposal. What i need to now know is what was i paying for if my car was not covered. They were incompitant and now it is all layed on me to pay debt that werd caused by them not bieng thorough and informative. Had i known that the car debts were not covered i wold not have joined zero debt because the main reason i went to them was for my car to be taken care of. I need zero debt to pay back all the money i ever paid.
I had requested a call back from 1life for more info on their funeral cover and i got a call from peggy who was very friendly and she gave me all the info i needed which led to me taking the cover on the spot. <br> I was really happy with her service more aspecially since i work in call centre environment myself.<br> <br> Thank you so much peggy for your call and great service.
I wrote a report on hello peter about star motor and there service. I receive a response from them saying they will be incontact after invastigations within 50 something hours but its been a week now and I have not heard anything from them it makes me wonder if this how their service is neturaly am sick of this I want what's mine so I won't have to deal with them again I eregret the day I made a deal with them
i bought a car at star motors in 2013 from this company and my dealer was cyril dunge i got a contract from him and conplained about the printing wich was very vivid and he told me he will try and give me a clear one than i aske him for my spre key for the car and keeps giving me the run around up until today he has not come back to me with feedback and now he has gone awoll he never picks up the fone he never replys to smss. i even asked him about the service for my car he gave me inforect info when i got my book and checked for service it is now long overdue wich i believe star motors is responsable for. am really not happy with the service and i need compansation for the time wasted and the risks i under take using my car with out a spare key because i once had an accident where i forgot the keys in my car had it not been that i remebered in time i would have had a problem which i believe a spare key would have come in handy.
