Waterfall Netcare hospital is terrible with regards to the night staff who forgot to help my daughter, forgot to attach her pain meds on her drip and fell asleep or had a nap on duty, Rude and no urgency shown by them, act like we are doing them a favor by being there. Said that we could be discharged and then after two hours we were told that she wasn't discharged, just no care and urgency shown, pathetic
I am having a very difficult time with Coretech group and Richard. I paid R132000 to them in the beginning of August 2024 for a solar setup. As at today date which is 2024-10-17 I am still missing my 12kva Deye Inverter and a battery etc. so effectively the system is useless. I have given them numerous deadlines and all of them have been missed and all promises broken. Richard constantly says that he will deliver stock and finish my system but never does. Definitely an experience that I would not wish on anyone
In the beginning of August 2024 I was introduced to Richard Mansour of Coretech Group by a ‘friend’ as an installer I was sent a quotation and a promise to have the system installed 3-4 days later for a Solar System consisting of 16x550w panels, 3 x 5.1 batteries and an 8kva Deye inverter. I paid him the full amount initially of R117 000 and a few days later a further R13900 to upgrade my inverter to a 12kva Deye Inverter. I was also charged more than double and made to pay instantly for a wifi router and a crossover switch that was supposed to be included in the initial price and took weeks to arrive. Until today (2024-10-04) all I have received are my 16 panels and 2 x batteries and no inverter. I am missing 1 x volta battery and 1 x 12kv Deye inverter and the installation all valued at approximately R80 000 He has broken dozens of deadlines to get the system done and has broken dozens of promises to finish my job and never does and has many excuses and lies. Whatever you do stay away from this company and Richard Mansour or you will never see your money or your goods This guy has caused me a lot of stress and money and he should be avoided at all costs.
Was quoted a certain price via hippo and pineapple and when we did the official version it was double the price so useless company, probably in cahoots with Hippo to give fake prices to get the numbers in. When agent was to give me the premium price he all of a sudden had a technical issue so he couldn't give the price as he knew that I was quoted half what he came up with and he had just wasted an hour of my time.
Quoted good insurance price then when we spoke to insurance company was almost double so I feel this oits a useless excercise as hippo quotes not based on fact more thumbsuck or deliberately fake to get numbers
Absolutely disgusting service from Leroy Merlin greenstone, they are incapable of even mixing paint to my required colour and they were provided with the paint codes, they got it wrong 3 or 4 times and I had to go back again today for more paint and once again the got it wrong. This is a 20km round trip each time that they get it wrong and a few 10min phone calls. The call centre keeps me holding for 10-15min at a time and then cuts me off, useless is the only word
