Dear One Deal A Day Team, I am absolutely appalled, disgusted, and deeply frustrated by the level of service I have received from your organisation. I placed an order on 10 June 2025, with the clear understanding that delivery would be completed within 10–15 working days. However, to date, I have not received my order, nor have I had any form of meaningful communication from your team. Despite multiple phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and emails, I have received no response, which is both unacceptable and unprofessional. The complete lack of accountability and communication is shocking, and reflects a total disregard for customer service. I expect an immediate update on the status of my order, including a confirmed delivery date, and an explanation for this appalling service. Should I not receive feedback within 48 hours, I will have no choice but to escalate the matter further and explore avenues for formal complaint and refund

I am cancelling my insurance policy with immediate effect with MVIA I am appalled, disgusted and horrified at the level of service their organisation offers in terms of rejecting claims, where they have been taking my money in good faith, and providing a false assurance that I am covered for mechanical and electrical components to my car. I am escalating this further on social media platforms and I am considering legal action going forward. I no longer further wish to engage with with this despicable company and further to that, I will be informing all my friends and colleagues of their ********** service.
I had the most unfortunate experience in dealing with Collings over the past week. Upon application approval of a rent-to-buy option of a specific car that I saw and liked on the Southway Motors website, I told Collings that my fiancé and I would be driving from Jozi to Pietermaritzburg (where the supposed Southway Motors dealership is....). I confirmed with Collings on Friday, that the dealership would be open half-day on Saturday. I notified Collings on Saturday morning that we would be at the dealership at about 10:00 - only for him to tell me that they would be closed by then (which is not half day anyway). I tried calling him unsuccessfully, numerous times to please keep the dealership open. I now know why he couldn't keep the dealership open - because it doesn't exist!!! Southway motors are a SCAM and are con artists. They deserve all the bad luck on them. They are an excuse for human beings.
Buffalo International Logistics is SHOCKING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have not received my order from Shein, I have paid delivery and customs duty taxes, I have followed up via email, WhatsApp and tried phoning - all mediums of communications have been unsuccessful. This is a disgrace.
People warned about going with Vuma - and I ignored them. I placed an order with SADV on the 20th of July 2021, with the expected delivery installation date of 72 hours. Vuma has messed us around, getting our delivery locations incorrect, installing the fiber and then un-installing a half an hour later, to say they had the wrong address, even though my number was linked to the order and 4 days after your disorganised, diabolical co-ordination, we have yet to have our fiber installed. I am rather bewildered as to how Vuma runs an organisation, with this level of service, or lack of appalling service should I say. Your leaders should not be proud of themselves.
My fiancé and I had the most wonderful experience with the Excuss team, on 16 July 2021, The team collected my furniture from the storage facility, arrived promptly at our new residence and swiftly moved all my furniture and boxes to our new house. The couch had to be hoisted from the ground floor (which they did in a jiffy, with no problem at all) and took extra care of our boxes, gently and neatly placing them in our new home. The removal team was friendly, experienced and were a pleasure to work with. I would highly recommend Excuss Logistics for all sorts of removals.
