<p> </p> <p>Please be aware that Maison movers are the worst furniture removal company ever. To summarize</p> <p>1. They arrived 6 hours later than the original time booked with no apology or update during the day we had to phone him continuously for updates.<br />2. On the morning of the move he called and informed us that he can be there two hours earlier than the original booking time but arrived 8 hours later.<br />3. Truck arrives late with promises made by John the owner with every excuse under the sun and he has a don’t care attitude and will selectively answer his phone. <br />4. John from Maison movers is an arrogant liar who does not care about customers- quoted for an 8 ton truck but arrives with a 4 ton truck. It is likely that he operates under many different business names as the service he provides is so shoddy – I have found him listed with multiple company names.<br />5. The team with this small truck arrive and have will not treat your goods with care dragging and damaging furniture. Very few blankets to protect your furniture.<br />6. His team will throw around your boxes even if marked as fragile and have little to no respect for your belongings by trying to squeeze a load for an 8 ton truck into a 4 ton truck. <br />7. Truck on arrival gets here with not enough diesel for the move resulting in more delays in having to find a place to fill up..This after being late is an indication of a Mickey Mouse operation that John runs.<br />8. Due to the small truck that arrived I had to rely on family and friends to move the remainder of goods and when I called to complain during the course of our 8 hrs of waiting John agreed on a lower cost however on “completion” of the job he quite aggressively demanded his full price which I paid under duress as his driver and staff were quite antagonistic, had to get my armed response in to feel safer.</p> <p>John which I suspect is not his real name, is a conman who does not stick to his word and I would steer clear of Maison Movers He has a don’t care attitude to customers and will make you house moving a nightmare, he is a greedy unscrupulous character and I should have seen the warning signs by checking previous HelloPeter complaints before I trusted you company who were very responsive in getting the quote done but selectively answering the phone when it’s time to get the job done.</p> <p>Use Maisons Movers at your risk and be prepared for the worst most unprofessional moving company you will ever deal with.</p> <p> </p>
<p>My phone line has been down for more than a week. Fault not resolved and Telkom has the audacity to call/SMS for a customer survey to rate the service. To make things worse initially it was only my phone line that was dead now my ADSL line is dead too, will Telkom make plans to refund me for all the time when the service was not available?</p>
<p>Faulty Telkom line at a pensioners home whos primary communication is via the Telkom line has not been responded to for almost a week. </p> <p>Fault was reported on the 16/09 related to telephone number 011***x. Reference number 117CRZ210916. Received a response that it was handed over to the technical team. Called again on the 23/09 and on the 26/09. Received an escalation number 898370. <p>I purchased a RHCTH1 Russell Hobbs heater from HiFi Corp in Boksburg today, on unpacking the heater there were parts rattling inside the heater. I promptly went back to HiFi Corp who swapped this unit for another one, on getting home I unpacked the replacement unit, plugged it in, turned it on and only to find that the oscillation function does not work. Now I have to go back again, this time for a refund. Could you advise if HiFi Corp sell genuine Russell Hobbs appliances or is this a reflection of a poorly designed and manufactured product by Russell Hobbs, either way I am going to get my money back and buy another heater probably not a Russell Hobbs but it would be good to get a response from the manufacturer so that I know whether I should bother trying another Russel Hobbs appliance.</p>
I logged a call on Telkom's website pertaining to slow ADSL speed - paying for 4MB and getting 2MB. I received a reference number and subsequently a SMS stating the call has been resolved. However nothing has been done and my line speed is still slow - this is not the first time Telkom simply closes calls without resolution. The fault logging option on Telkom's website is completely hopeless as the customer is always forced to use a different channel to get resolution.
I logged a call on the Telkom Website regarding slow speed on my DSL line. I received a reference number to confirm logging of call. The next day I received a SMS stating that the call has been resolved - no call from Telkom to confirm what the issue was, and not surprisingly the issue is NOT resolved. Could someone from Telkom contact me to resolve the issue.
Good day, <br> <br> I have contacted C Track customer care on 30 September 2015 via email and still waiting for someone to reply or phone me. I am not surprised at the total lack of response and this is the reason I am terminating my contracts with C Track. I have no doubt that when the contracts reach their term I will still be debited. If anyone from C Track gets this message please contact me as I would like to know when C Track plans to un-install their devices from my cars once the contracts have terminated.

I have been having issues with my ADSL connection with Telkom have logged multiple calls and spent many hours waiting for their inefficient call center to answer my call. <br> <br> I still cannot connect to the internet with Authentication Failure messages - this is not an isolated issue with many people reporting the same problem- [URL Removed] . <br> <br> Telkom, stop denying there is an issue and get to fixing it, your \wonderful"call center agents keep telling me that there is nothing wrong on Telkom's side"
