What a wonderful relaxing weekend spent at Saldanha Bay Hotel. From cleanliness of rooms to such friendly staff. Definitely going back in summer. Glenda and Barry van Blerk.
On 21 December 2022 I did my shopping at Pinelands Pick ‘n Pay store. I had two separate shopping lists and after paying for the first shopping I asked the teller if she had my smart shopper card, she said yes she forgot to give it back to me. Then I paid for the next shopping she must have distracted me and kept my card. Only realised when I went back to the store 2 days later that I never got my card back. I went back to the same teller and she said that it was the first time she was on the till. But both my husband and I recognised her. When I checked my app for the purchases made on my card I saw many purchases was made on the same day my card was kept by the teller and all my smart shopper savings was used up. Please be alert!! the first Tellers are not handing back customers smart shopper cards and stealing the accumulated points.
Received a call today from Cleon September of The Mattress Warehouse upgrading my purchase to higher level mattress due to no stock of the one i ordered. Appreciate this gesture from supplier. Cleon was friendly and professional. Thank you
Was supposed to clean my green pool. Paid R450 callout fee and 60% deposit. They visited my home twice for 5 minutes. Threw a packet of shock into the pool. Once they received the money it was the last time we saw them. Everyday a new excuse for a week. After we requested a refund, they charged us R388 for the packet of shock and kept the callout fee.
A simple upgrade turns into new contract. Sales person failed at completing upgrade resulting in him doing a new contract without informing me. Now I'm sitting with 2 contracts. Now I have to return handset to cancel the contract. What a waste of time.

Reservation made for group for birthday dinner two weeks in advance. On the night we were embaressed in front of guests when on arrival we were told there was no reservation.
