I purchased a unit and have been waiting for my KYC to be processed. I sent an email to support and also reached out via online chat — waited over 25 minutes with no response. It feels like once you've bought the hardware, you're no longer a priority. Disappointing post-sale support
Support No Awnser 60min and no Response, no outage status posted.
When returning extra stock that was still sealed and original packaging, charged 15% handeling fee. Not recommend for a contractors business.
The worst No After sales Serivice in Vaal Triangle area.. The representative (Account Manager) not assisting with request.
Brokers do not remove old ads from property 24 web site. Every time you contact the broker it is SOLD but listing stays AVAILABLE for months. Fishing for Clients wonder how many REAL properties are available.
Property 24 - Platinum Property’s Same story here, Estate agent contacted me and informed me that the property was sold still listed after reporting advert. Automatic reply but nothing done. Keeping old info to “catch” buyers into finding them properties.
I received a SMS on the 31 October 2017 where my Account has been SOLD to Norman Bisset & Associates and Contacted them on ********** where I asked for a copy of the ADT Contract I was told I must contact ADT Directly. So I did and got to the Call Center and they will Mail Accounts with My Request and I have done this on a weekly basis 3 calls from the SMS and still no Contract. So This is enough no RESPONSE FROM ADT!!!You cant speak to someone in accounts. You have to complete a whole security check when you phone and that is just to send a mail to accounts. So once your ADT's Client has been SOLD to a collection department you cant get assistance in your account but get OFFERS now with Discounts to settle your account.

My HP Printer showed an ERROR with the Printer and on the support page the error is that the Cartridges is Leaking,

So I went and bought a new set of cartridges for R1600 at Makro and replaced the cartridges, and the ERROR is still the same GREAT,

I sent the Printer in for Repairs and now the printer cost R3500 to repair.

Makes no sense to repair the printer as this is cheaper to buy a new one but I just watsed a R1600 on a set of new cartridges,

HP gets you right to the end, make sure you buy cartradges when you buy a NEW printer, the first cartridges is 1/2 filled and when the Pinter is giving errors they make you buy your last set by giving error “LEAKING CARTRAGE",

Printer is unrepairable!!!! but spend more money on Cartridges that you can't use!!!
