Great service by Roberta Reupholstery turned out great, great value for money
Terrible service. Poor turn-around of orders, processing takes way longer than the website states. Charged delivery even though order was over the qualifying R499 free delivery amount. No response to emails.
Get left for 3 days without internet. Log a query on the Mweb portal with zero response or action taken by Mweb. Absolutely shocking service with no accountability.
Purchased one of their Khalahari Khaki men's shirts from their site. They give first time subscribers a 5% discount. Prices were good, products arrived a couple days later, tracking was easy enough and overall very happy with the quality of the shirt received and with the overall service. Will definitely purchase more shirts in the future. Only issues would be that they have quite a few items on back order so not sure how long delivery would take, and the measurements on the site are a bit difficult to apply, but I just went with my usual sizing and didn't have an issue.
I was assisted by Delarno Osman, when I needed to update my policy and change my banking details. I was told my banking details were updated and received my updated policy. Fast forward to 2 May, and my old bank account was debited. This put me into an overdraft which I will now be charged for! Would not recommend dealing with Delarno Osman!
I was assisted by Delarno Osman. He was able to assist me easily over the phone by making some changes to my policy. Very happy with the service and the changes were made immediately thereafter my updated policy was sent to me.
Good pricing, speedy delivery from Cape Town to Joburg. Would definitely recommend. Purchase also included free delivery. Very happy with my sneakers and the service.
Bought a number of Buttanut products (Oat milk and almond milk). Out of the 7 bottles ordered, 4 were expired already. Upon logging a return request I asked for the items to be exchanged. Not only did they then create duplicate return requests resulting in the driver arriving multiple times to collect a non-existent return but they then ended up just refunding me in takealot credit which meant that I would have to either pay a delivery fee or order enough items to qualify for free delivery. Terrible service and no compensation for their stuff up.
#BlackFriday - They had great specials, and delivery to the collection point happened even sooner than expected. Great and efficient service, Haven't checked sizes as the purchases are christmas presents but previous experiences have shown a simple and easy return/exchange service.
Best supplement company to order from. Always get speedy turnaround, usually 1 to 2 days. Even ordered late at night and received it the next afternoon. Often great prices and specials, and variety where sometimes they have stock that other suppliers don't have. Fantastic service all round!
