Last month, my Pay showed only 3days after my employer already paid my salary, now all of a sudden a friend of mine is experiencing the same exact problem, I have so many penalties due to the last time that I am struggling to keep head above water as it is, I can't sdo that again

Absolutely no back end service, If you cancel a contract it takes them ages to collect the router, eventually they send a courier who *****ed up and collect the wrong item, and instead of reaching out they bill you for it, so then you send the item with your own courier and they take ages to respond, and always with excuses, send 40 plus emails no response on 1 of them, automated response that ticket was updated but no one contacts you, Phone. Them countless times and always told they will escalate the issue, Had to order another connection because we moved, ended up having to resolve the technical issues myself using Google because even though tickets were logged and you send mails to request assistance you only get automated responses, mno help Worst service imaginable.

I have a Wireless connection, has been running okay for quite a while a few ups and downs, but recently my internet went down calls have been logged and it's been a week now, apparently the engineers have been dispatched to fix the issue on the hub site 3 days ago and still no word or internet, deeply frustrated and disappointed
I ordered something 3 weeks ago from the US it arrived today, the app on your phone works perfectly and keeps you up to date every step of the way. would love to have a support email address on the website, over all very good
I purchased a membership from Aramex Global shopper, Used the details provided Order something on amazon, amazon delivered, and sent me a delivery notice, on 08/02/19 (Friday) on Monday no update from Aramex, I sent 2 emails, got automatic responses promising someone to contact me, as of date, I have no reply from them,
