I cannot tell you how much I am enjoying shipping and selling on Yaga. It is rather addictive, such a clever idea and the staff and founders are so professional warm and caring. I highly recommend it.
It is a long story but the short version is working people use Woolies Dash because we are busy. I received an order that had frozen fish that smelt off on Monday 15th January, I was asked to send a photo and log a complaint and they would be investigate the matter, I was put through various call Centre agents held on for nearly 9mins. Today is Thursday 18th January 2024 and I decided to follow up, which I should not have to do, it's not rocket science and I don't have the time or patience, if I did I would go into the store. I held on again and had to almost do a fica assessment. I was once again put through to another agent who was so rude, he told me I need to resend the photo, he also wants a photo of the expiry date, the product is off it has been thrown away, why would I want to keep a box of off fish from Monday to Thursday?? I was infuriated, he was so rude to me and then when I mentioned that I would never have this hassle with Checkers 60 Sipho put the phone down on me, specifically when I asked his name. This problem would have been resolved with the other supplier in seconds no questions asked, You can clearly see from my purchase history that this is the first time in all the years I have ever complained. Furious
Good luck with your claim, it is impossible to get hold of an operator, you have to listen to a sales pitch for about 5mins and then you still do not get connected, tried about 4 times. I have sent numerous emails, provided all the information requested for a ****** mobile phone whilst in London on the 28th April 2023. I urgently need to replace this phone for business purposes, the claim process is tedious and lengthy. It costs a small fortune to have the cover and then it's impossible to get a claim through. I don't recommend AIG
The Call Centre Agents are extremely polite and curtias , however after 5 phone calls to Samsung and two weeks later, I have not received a quote nor any indication if or when a technician will assist me in repairing my ice maker on my fridge. We spent a fortune on this state of the art fridge and the ice maker regularly breaks down and of course we are out of warrantee.
Nu Metro the Scene VIP at V&A Waterfront Cape Town, is a huge disappointment. My husband and I go weekly, for the experience, paying double what other movie goers are, they serve everyone so we have to wait in a long queu, whilst guests who are paying considerable less get there snacks, complaints fallen on deaf ears, the fabric with seat number on the headrest are filthy, the cinema itself is filthy, crumbs and food left over on the side table from previous guests, and the recliners are very tired, sticky, have lost the foam in the upholstery, it’s by no means a VIP experience sadly
