We recently moved to Outsurance because of significant savings on our home and car insurance. Looking forward to a generous no claim bonus (cash refund) at the end of the year too.
I haven't come across any other business that provides support at the level of excellence of the PaySpace consultants. Calls are answered promptly, consultants are thoroughly conversant with payroll systems and their own product, the call centre is not noisy so you can chat easily, if the call drops they call you back. If only all customer service was this good. I will recommend PaySpace to any small business that wants to implement a new payroll programme
Great professional service at a really competitive price. Rome Roofing quoted to replace the roof of our school - a large, double storey project. Due to safety considerations, we wanted the job done in the school holidays - just one week. Although they couldn't work on first two days because of high winds, they worked over the weekend to complete the job on time. We were impressed with their attention to detail and careful safety protocols. Highly recommended!
Staff at the WCED who deal with independent schools are unfailingly supportive, efficient and helpful. Time and again I am so proud of them. We are blessed to live in the Western Cape and have an education department that really wants to serve the greater good and is willing to go the extra mile. We usually interact with them about subsidies, but they have also been so helpful with the vaccine rollout. Well done all at the WCED!!
I have only the highest praise for the service I received from Fila South Africa - distributers of drawing equipment. I bought ten expensive, imported pencil sharpeners for a school through an online store more than a year ago. The batch appeared to be faulty as several broke within a few months. The broken ones were replaced and gave no further problems. However, when the rest of the faulty batch packed up the online store refused to replace them as it was more than 6-months since date of purchase. More than a year later I found out that Fila SA were the local agents for the brand. On contacting them they immediately offered to replace the entire batch, no questions asked. Although I could not in good conscience accept replacement of the ones that had not broken, I greatly appreciated the offer. They have gained a customer for life!
Great service and telecomms solutions from Dominic Sardinha at Abacus Telecomms. We had a VOIP system installed at our small school which has served us exceptionally well for the past 7 months. Cost of installation and equipment was unbeatable, call costs have been lower than ever, service has been prompt and efficient. Their small team has worked well together with our other service providers to connect security and access control. An all-round good experience. #BlackFriday
Over the years our small school has purchased literally dozens of refurbished computers from Universe Direct. They have always provided great products and support. We know we will receive good advice, help with keeping costs down without compromising legalities and reliability, as well as extra-mile service.

<div> Intergro recommended and supplied our school with a PABX system using VOIP. When we expressed our worries that our internet service would not support it, their salesman gave a verbal commitment that they would do whatever it took to provide a reliable service. The VOIP service did not work properly from the start because of poor connectivity. After four months of problems Intergro offered to put us onto a new network, without explaining that the new network would be with a cellphone service provider. We signed a document to confirm installation of the new equipment, unaware that this was a new 3-year contract with a totally new entity. We only realised the truth when we received our first invoice (from the entity) a month later. Intergro continue to bill us for their service which we cannot use, currently at an amount of R512.49/m. The contract still has two years and seven months to run. They made an outrageous offer by which we could settle their contract and have threatened us with legal action if we do not pay. Senior management refuse to take responsibility for the false promises and deception perpetrated by their sales staff. Neither will they provide satisfactory answers to our complaint that our LTE router disappeared after their technician connected the system to the new network. #BlackFriday </div>
