DO Not purchase anything from this store, they are ****mers. I made a purchase in May on their online store and still have not received what I paid for. I have followed up multiple times via email and they have ignored them and not responded to a single email sent.
Order 2682897 I just got home after picking up my order of medication to discover that you have sold me an open and USED bottle of phytoforce. This is very disturbing and completely unacceptable! How can you sell people open and USED bottles of meds? The cap is dirty and the liquid that was being poured out has even dried. I need an answer an answer as to why you think that this is acceptable. No one should ever use your online service because this is clearly a means for you to **** people
I'm a first time customer and I bought hairpiece at this online store and never heard from them. I never received an order confirmation or any details regarding my order. This store is a ****! It is run be ****mers and I am warning everyone to stay away. They will take your money and run.
You called and told me that the store I selected for collection is closed and that the clothes must be collected elsewhere and confirmed the order has been delivered to the new collection point. This week you send me texts and emails saying the order is available at the store that was supposedly closed. Did it reopen and you forgot to mention this? This order was placed over a month ago and it's still not clear what is happening with it. Where exactly is the order?? Why are you so disorganized? I spent 30 minutes inside your maponya store waiting to collect the order as per your customer service consultant instructions on the phone only to be told the order number is not appearing on the system. I have been waiting for the order for more than 4 weeks and you are just running around sending conflicting communication. Why do you have an online store if you do not know how to handle online orders? This is beyond pathetic and I demand a full refund of my money because you seem to think receiving money from customers does not go hand in hand with customer service.
Do Not take your car to this place. It will come back with more problems than it had going in! Insurance suggested this company to repair my vehicle after a minor accident. They kept my car for three weeks and gave it back with parts missing and others damaged. I made contact to get this corrected asap as the blame lies with them and after initial communication, I'm now being ignored. It's incredible that a business that has lost parts of my car and went on to damage what was perfectly fine wants me to accommodate them instead of the other way round. If I could give zero starts I would, terrible organisation.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!! YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE WHAT YOU BOUGHT AND WILL HAVE TO SIT ON THEIR TALES TO GET ANSWERS WHILE THEY HOLD ON TO YOUR MONEY! I purchased an inverter back in June, it's August and I'm still waiting for my order. No communication, no updates, no reasons given for delays, Nothing. They are quick to process payments and then literally disappear and you have to hound them for a response! They will take your money and act like they don't owe you a delivery. Their telephone line goes unanswered and they respond to emails when they feel like it. If I could give a rating of zero I would. Absolutely disgusted by this place.
Dear standard bank I do not have an account with you not have I ever had one. Stop sending messages and calling me about insurance, banking details and policies literally on a daily basis!!!! I have told your contact centre to remove my number from your database because I never gave you my number and I don't understand why you keep contacting me. Just Stop it!!
I'm trying to return a defective product that you sent me but I find myself going back and forth with you about this. First of all you sold me a used product which is completely unacceptable and now I can't return it. I scheduled a return with you to a business address but you want to collect on a Saturday which makes absolutely no sense because I will obviously not be there! Your call center says I can't change the address but I should re-log the return which was cancelled on your side so I can do this but I log the return because your site won't let me. It's really annoying that I'm constantly having issues with the products you sell which seem to get worse with each order. I want to return the USED product you sold me and have it exchanged for another. No one should have to go through such trouble when the fault lies with you, the seller.
I placed an order and the order was processed and money was taken from my account but this does not show in the orders tab. Where is my order amd what about the money youve already deducted from my account? Refund me my money if you're not going to deliver.
Hi FNB I need to redirect my new bank card to a different branch that I have access to during the day however I have not had any luck with you. I sent an email and was told to visit a branch. The branch told me to go online. What must i do to get the card delivered to a difderent branch? I also still have not received my refund of the money that was deducted from my account last year for an account that was never activated due to the mess you created around the card.
