Who are they? They appear on my credit report, never had dealings with them?
I'm very frustrated that my claim hasn't been processed sic weeks later, which is the turnaround time for payment. The information i get from the Fund administrator is totally different from what their Retirement Fund call center gives me. Why are your systems not talking to each? Does anyone even know what they are doing? I have been advised by the call center that my contributions are not up to date, the fund administrator on the other hand confirmed up-to-date contributions. I've logged a couple of complaints via their website and no one thus far has bothered to contact me. i have requested that this matter be escalated to powers that be, again no one has come back to me. I hope this platform will assist. Thanks
I went to Checkers in Selcourt Towers yesterday morning with withdraw from the Money Market ref# M ********** ********** . The woman was so rude and not interested to assist. I had my valid South African Passport on me, which by the is recognized even in all South African Banks and she refused to assist saying they cannot scan passports. i don't know how true this is but it makes not sense that a passport is not allowed as it qualifies as proof of identification. i had to run around like a headless chicken, trying to find someone who was carrying their id book to be able to get assistance. I eventually did while she was processing the transaction, i asked if there isn't a way that an id number can be captured manually and she replies saying, I quote: "only if the system is offline". This truly is POOR customer service, she was just not interested and very unfriendly. She seemed like she didn't even want to be there in the first place. If what she said is true at all, i want to understand why as it doesn't make business sense to me. To add to this, Checkers should consider taking their staff for customer services / people s****s courses as the way she was totally unacceptable. She could've handled it better but instead she was grumpy, rude and acted like she's doing me a favor by even speaking to me. Just one more thing, how could she even suggest that I find someone with an Green Book ID, is that even the right thing to do? Is it ever proper or legal Business Practice? I've worked at call centres myself and i deal with call centres daily due to my job but i have NEVER experienced EXCELLENT service such as the one with Wayne Powell yesterday. From his greeting, the way he sounds, closing the call, after services... he was just too awesome, He sounded like HE WANTED TO HELP!!! Speaking to him assures you that you going to get assistance, come rain or shine. Very competent to a point that you know he takes pride he what he does. WHEN I GET RICH AND OPEN A CALL CENTRE FOR MYSELF, I'LL FIND YOU, ALL COMPANIES NEED AGENTS LIKE YOU. You represented the 1LIFE brand VERY WELL, I'M EVEN CONSIDERING REPLACING MY POLICIES WITH THEM. Keep it up dear and all the best with all you do :) :) :)
