I was about to cancel my contract with Cartrack because I didn't know or understand their Terms and Conditions. Guess what, a lady by the name of Millicent Rwexwana, contacted me and explained most of the T&C's.I'm no longer cancelling my contract, thanks to you Millicent. You're a life saver, I wish all the Cartrack representatives were like you!!!
I think Betway is manipulating the Aviator game. The reason I'm saying this is that when you AutoCash for example, you bet that the plane when it reaches 2, it AutoCash. But, the game will time out if it's going to reach 2. Another example, you bet both sides to AutoCash at 2 and 3. The side you bet to AutoCash at 2 will time out because the plane will reach 2 and the side with 3, will continue because they know that the plane will not reach 3, so that you lose. It will maybe reach 2.4. If it was an Internet issue as they claim. Why does the game only time out on one side and not both sides in this scenario? I sent them all the screenshots and betting history, but still no help. The manager claimed it was an Internet issues, but the agent who was helping me confirmed that they were aware of the issue and trying to collect as much information so that the issue can be resolved. My issue is still not resolved whereas I logged it on the 31st of August 2024. What is worse is that they kept on asking me what time I was betting and the issue happening. However, I provided them with all the evidence in the form of screenshots and my betting history. I mean a huge company like Betway should have IT Techs because each and every player has it's own logs, simple. Worst service I've ever received from a company.
<div>Requested 2FA removal assistance yesterday (25/01/2023) from Altcointrader. They said I must forward them an email with an attachment of my ID book and face. I did and also advised them of the urgency of the matter. However, when I called in today to check if the matter has been resolved. I was advised that my ID book is not properly facing them, but they could see everything on the ID. I asked to speak to a manager who was pretending to be helping yesterday, but I was told he was busy on another line. I asked them when they didn't check my email and get back to me sooner to resolve this ID matter. The lady (****) I was speaking to said it was not her issue. I mean is this the way you treat your own customers? Pathetic service!!! I decided to send another email as I was told and I immediately contacted them back at around 16:47 PM. They told me the email takes about 15 minutes to reach out to them and that it was not their problem it take that long. I then asked if I was going to be assisted still as my matter is urgent. The lady said she doesn't know and that the manager is still on another call (16:55PM). I was told the phone will drop at 17:00 PM and it did drop. Remember, I sent my second email before 16:45 PM, meaning they didn't bother to check if the email has been received. Worst service I've ever received, I mean it's 2023. Reference No: ACT841731</div>
I've been trying to withdraw my money from this company(TDMarkets) since last year, up until today I haven't received even a cent. My money is still pending and they say they have escalated this issue. Every time I inquire they say it's been escalated or they will escalate to higher level. I don't even receive feedback, I must always be the one who always chase their behind. The poor service is on another level. What is worse is that I am losing my money in the process and they know it. Please help me get my money. This is a pathetic service!!!
I ordered a Pizza and I had to wait more than an hour. When the Pizza came, it was very cold and I complain to the delivery and told him this was supposed to be free but refused. I had to call Debonair's again and the lady I spoke said the delivery man must take the Pizza and bring it back to the store. They are going to do another one. I had to wait again for this sh*t service. I am so disgusted by your service, it's very poor and when you complain you are still treated as if you are the one who is wrong. Now they blame me for not asking the manager not to take the Pizza. I mean what powers do I have to do that? Your Bellville Debonair's Pizza shop service is disgusting, seis!!!
