Bidvest is a bank that pays out all AIRBNB payments. Each year you have to fill in a mandate form.......for tax purposes. They only let me know today that I had to update the mandate, as they are sitting on over R1000000 of mine. I called only to be told I could not get a reference number, and there were so many mandates and people screaming for the airbnb payouts. That she had no idea how long it would take as they were so busy!!!! I do not expect this from a bank this size that deals with all airbnb payouts. Hoping someone from airbnb is on hello peter to change their methods of payment.
Clicks first I would like to say a huge thank you ........ I don't know if I just arrived at a lucky time......but the pharmacy was not too busy ! Now the only other complaint I have and have had for a very looong time. On the counter ..... you offer the special promotion. Then when you get to the till and pay.......you come home and find it didnt come off. I complained to the guy at the till........he said sometimes it just does not work as they have not updated the tills. It is really inconveniently means another 20 min to find a manager to come and change it. Please can you see that the tills are updated every morning. I love clicks and always shop all over at your stores. The one in Hout Bay is bad and now also got wrong price at Checkers centre Sea Point. You have made a lot of money out of me this winter, as I am too cold and lazy to go back !
I wrote a complaint and it was soo well dealt with. That it had regained my faith in the brilliant service Woolworths has always given.
I have always shopped at Woolworths, as the quality of your service is always excellent. You can return anything without being asked for slips or proof. Also when I have left potatoes etc on the check out till.....I have always been given a replacement. It is now such a stupid thing......but am so hurt. I bought at the last minute a shopping bad, a small one which folds up, as they never have stock of them anymore, and I am sick and tired of forgetting my 500 black cloth ones in the boot. I got home to find I could not find the bad I had just purchased. I was late in getting away for the weekend so decided I would deal with it when returning home today. I called the manager and she said no lost and found was handed in, and that she could not replace my bag that I had left on the counter. It is a tiny amount compared to the prices I pay each day, but it is the moral of the bad service of not having been helped by saying please bring your slip in for proof you did purchase a bag and we will replace it for you. Very hurt at not being believed and getting the service I expected from woolworths.
I have been trying to get hold of an agent for a query......I finally got hold of a woman ..... who I begged to call me back as she had all my information. My airtime had run out and she didnt bother to call back. I am trying to deal with a package problem which I always had and now it has changed all of a sudden. Why don't they inform us, they are putting up their prices or let us know, why do they just chop you off. I would really be in shock if it was possible that an agent would call me back:
I am absolutely disgusted at how Checkers rip you off on their pricing. Every special you put into your trolley does not get taken off at the till. This has not happened to me once but over 10x now. I waited and held up a queue for over 15 min with the manager getting one of the specials that I had remembered to adjust on the till. When I got home I found another 3 items that I had been charged full price when the red save special was much cheaper. I am now so over complaining to the managers of Sea Point and Hout Bay. That I will unfortunately have to find another shop who does not rip the public off. No one can be expected to go through every item while at the till. So you wonder how many poor people get **********. It’s absolutely disgusting as they make such a profit anyway and things today are **********ly pricey as it is.
Firstly when you try and call them......your call never gets through. Finally when I sent a rude email informing them of their bad service, I did get a call straight after. Hence I explained that their online booking for movies was confusing and could I book through a person on phone. I paid and booked for my tickets, but then was told they were offline and my tickets had not been printed. I would be refunded immediately and would have to book again. I worked all day so could not follow up on this debacle. When reaching the movie house, I saw that my money for the tickets had not been refunded and asked 4 managers, to please get hold of Sterkinor as it was impossible for me to reach them. This took an hour......as the manager was not available, and the only lady who could help called the head office. I was told this would be resolved and I would get a phone call shortly. That took 20min by then the movie we wanted to watch was starting ...... what should have been a fun evening out for us all......turned into a nightmare as now I had to buy the tickets again........was charged more than the original amount taken off my card.....I would appreciate a call from head office. As I would like to know when my money will finally be refunded to me, why I had to pay much more......and why I could not be allowed in to the movie, when I had proof of payment. From minute I tried to get hold of Star kinekor.......to trying to book.....to having to pay twice to get into the movie......I will never ever go to Cavendish Star Kinekor in my life again.......and say to the public ......stick with good old *****.....they know their story.....and are kind and helpful.
I cannot stand Clicks pharmacy........but would like to commend you on the service of one of your employees at the till. Sikelela Tshaka could not have been more helpful or kind. I bought 6 toilet roll packets and could not carry them......he jumped to the rescue and helped me take them all to my car.......you don't find people like that today.
Every Clicks pharmacy you have to queue for ever. They never have enough pharmacist on duty. There is always a loooong queue and you can never find a time morning noon or afternoon that is not busy. Pleeeeeease Clicks do something about it.
I have been so happy in the past with Take a lot and Superbalist. They have been so helpful with orders and returns. This time my son ordered 4 pairs of shoes as he didn't know what size would fit properly. The order was for over R9000. He ordered this on Saturday the 27th August and it came straight off my debit card. On Monday morning he found the shoes in a shop and called Superbalist immediately to cancel the order and get a refund. He was told like I was today that we have to wait to receive the order in order to cancel it and get a refund which also then takes 3-5 days to get credited back into my account. Hence my complaint is that superbalist have now been sitting on my money since the 27th.......the order is delayed and will only come through on the 3rd September ...... then we have to call and cancel and only then will they issue me with a refund. I find this fraud.....as they are gaining the interest on my money ......trying to find shoes on order, that we do not need anymore......it is all too ridiculous for words. Tried to get hold of a manager.....to no avail. Please Superbalist get your act together this is a waste of your time and my money. !!!!!
