For an organization that is trying to do their best on saving our little dachshunds, they doing a great job, its a hard organization to be in when saving animals, its probably one of the most stressful things to do, witnessing what is happening to the animals out there and watching them not get adopted due to age or whatever. They do a great job with what they have.
The Internet has been terrible for the month, getting over 300 ping, struggling to get support, and when we do we are told just to restart the router. I'm not getting the service for the money I am paying and yes loadshedding may be affecting this but a solution should be made to not let this affect users. Doubt anyone would care to see this rating either.
We had an issue and once OpenWeb got back to us and realized what went wrong they quickly got resolved our issue and we are up and running. They informed us that they have a shorted of staff and are doing their best to sort things out, we worked together with them and are happy with the outcome.
We ordered an LTE line through OpenWeb, the application form takes forever as you do something different everyday, then they let you know the process has been done but do not inform you as to when you will be getting the sim card. You contact there centre and all they do is take your details and say they will get back to you but they don't. You then get the sim card deactivated and when you ask for assistance they basically stop helping. we called in again just to get attitude from the guy on the line.
Don't buy from these guys, they never get back to you about what is happening with your product. been waiting over 2 months for my item and they couldn't be bothered to let you know what is going on other then customs is holding item out of our hands. if you want to feel robbed by from these people.
We have been having ongoing issues with regards to our connection Always being told it is our fault, we get over 300ms ping when doing a speedtest and the support service is really bad with a couple technicians. A while back we logged a call with our connection being horrible and a technician came out changing a component on the dish stating we would be charge should that fix the issue. It never did.. I called and emailed the technician only for them to tell me that they are working on the tower. I had 2 neighbors across the road that use your service have no internet during that same time the tower was being repaired. I got billed over R3000 this month with NO feedback from anyone at wirulink, I am always having to ask what is going on and this is by far one of the worst services I have ever experienced in my life, how can you bill a client without following up with them and checking to see if everything was ok, first of all the issue was never on our side always on your side. I couldn't follow up with the query as I had my wedding and was on honeymoon when I realized such a some was removed from my account. As soon as I can I am moving away from wirulink, I have family with you and getting them to move away from you too. Going to social media the hell out of how bad this company is.
<p>I created a domain with Afrihost and not double checking myself made such a stupid spelling mistake.</p> <p> </p> <p>I quickly logged a call to Afrihost to have it fixed, I had to recreate a new domain with the correct spelling and a nice person by the name of Fezile.B helped me out with removing the miss spelt domain as well as refunded us for it so that we didn't have to pay 2 costs.</p> <p> </p> <p>This by far has been the best and speedy service I have ever received and am very greatful for Fezile.B dealing with all the changes, patience and understanding of my very special moment.</p> <p> </p> <p>I would recommend Afrihost to everyone if I get the chance.</p> <p> </p> <p>Just wanted to show credit where is is due and Fezile.B you have helped us.</p>
