Bonitas Savings refund nightmare!!!
I requested that Bonitas change my medical aid from BonSave to BonStart Plus. The change took place and was effective from January 1st, 2025. They informed me that there will be a 5 month waiting period before I can get my funds. The 5 months have lapsed but now Bonitas is giving me the run around telling me excuses about operational constraints. All I see is incompetence because how can it take 6 months to process a refund? I'm considering changing medical aid altogether, at this point.

Jason Mansfield is a well educated *****. What he is doing to Spartacus Body Corp should be *******. Increasing levies without consulting with Owners Does respond to owners communication Moved his office to an unknown location. No communication. no notice of relocation, nothing. Attempted to bankrupt the Body corporate when he was Managing agent but failed when owners caught him out and demanded that he resigns.

Contract Cancellation nightmare
I cancelled a contract 3 days after signing up. The agent confirmed that the contract was cancelled, however, no confirmation was received. Then I called to follow up on the cancellation and I was promised that the cancellation will be confirmed and I would be credited for any amounts billed. To this day (which is 3 months later) the contract has not been cancelled and the number is still active. I have not used the sim card. I want this contract cancelled immediately or else I am reporting Vodacom to the Ombud.

The technicians are helpful, knowledgeable and patient. They go the extra mile. They are able to accommodate my availability by providing after hours training. The software is easy to use and robust. It has training material and live charts. Excellent for a beginner.

Great services and professional conduct.
Great service from Maduvha, I have been with miway for more that 8 years now and I am happy. The services for home content and vehicle insurance underwriting was professional and the premium was the lowest I have ever done. Great services all round.

Takealot group is run by Racist, white supremacists.
Racist!!! Takealot.com is part of takealot group. Which owns superbalist.com. Superbalist.com sold out racist drawings showing a black man face with a definition below it using words like dirty, illegal, smuggled, grotesque among others. Then there is another similar drawing depicting a white man with a definition below it that used words such as innocent, unstained, pure, honest, honorable. This is clear white supremacy at it's best. Anyone associating with takealot.com, superbalist.com or Mr D Food is associating with racist, white supremacists and you are part of the problem.

Superbalist.com is a racist company.
RACIST!!! RACIST!!! RACIST!!! They sold items in their art category that show a drawing of a black man and what looked like a definition that says a black man is filthy and illegal, among other things. They also sold a drawing showing a white man with a definition "Innocent, pure, unblemished, honest". Anyone who associates with Superbalist.com, takealot.com or Mr D is associating with racist white supremacists and that makes you part of the problem. They are all part of the Takealot group.

Given contract with recycled number
I bought into a 2 year deal via a Vodacom telesales. I was given a recycled vodacom number without my knowledge. Now I am in a 2 year deal and I have to put up with random people calling me asking for the same person of whom, I don't know. I am now fluent in the wrong number language. <br> <br> I tried logging into [URL Removed] all I get is an error.<br> I tried dialing 0821946 to no avail.<br> I tried dialing *111*505# all I get is an error message.<br> <br> I am simply fed up.<br> I want my contract revoked for this reason.
