TRIPLE debited in February and DOUBLE DEBITED in January. 4000 over two months. You blame Capitec but clearly you’re the problem , I see tons of complaints this morning all over social media so it isn’t just me . And all of them the same twice last month 3 times this month. You guys are ******s and ******* and you take zero responsibility which is why you will lose half your client base due to you triple debiting accounts and refusing to pay back money you stole from your clients !
Went to purchase Broadine for fleas on my cat from Vetworld in Somerset Mall. The lady there informed me they did not have broadline and only have revolution but promised me it would have the same Results. It did not have any effect. When I contacted vet world 4 days later to inform them they told me to “contact the manufacturer” and did not take any responsibility even though they were the ones who recommended the ineffective product. I would never trust them to give any sort of care for my cat if they don’t even care that something as simple as flea spot on doesn’t work.Terrible service and attitude
Horrible please run do not insure with them. Worst service I have ever received . The wrote off my car for simple repairs , accused me of using a non authorized towing company due to the fact that Naked incorrectly captured my ID number when I called in, tried to make it impossible to salvage my car as they initially said it was 60% of value before renegotiating and now are delaying my payout so I can fix my car on my own. Please don’t insure with them the service is dismal and when I complained I was met with a flimsy apology and no solution.
The service or lack of it I have received today has astounded me . I called Global because they require me to tell them where the incoming international funds are coming from after I got this sms : Hello, kindly contact Capitec Bank urgently on 021 809 4501 regarding an international transfer received for your account between 8h00-17h00, Monday to Friday. I eventually get through to a rude unhelpful lady by the name of Bianca who is cold and arrogant and says she can’t accept my ID number only my account . By this point my airtime is running out and I tell her the line is about to cut she says don’t worry if it cuts I will call back. Of course this never happened . I then escalate to Capitecs Facebook who automatically assume my issue is resolved and then , while misunderstanding the actual issue , tell me international transfers take 3-7 days obviously saying this out of confusion or incompetence Nothing has been resolved I haven’t received one call back I have wasted all my time effort and airtime in trying to get this sorted . In short it seems Capitec has employed rude , unhelpful and incompetence people and I’m shocked at the service received
Wish I could give 0 stars . Cannot get any response or feedback, have spent 100s on airtime, logged a Facebook complaint as well as complaint on their website ( ref UXR-776) My fund shows R0 suddenly yesterday after I asked it to be paid out 21 oct . What does this mean ? When will my fund pay out? ANY feedback or answers would be appreciated. Why would anyone want to continue a fund with a company that is so grossly mismanaged in terms of customer service
Untrustworthy, terrible service . Missing a huge chunk of my deposit with no explanation, had to fight for half a month to get it back. I complied with absolutely everything they asked of me but beware as soon as you leave you are no longer a concern. Completely shocking . They are all nice until it comes to refunding you money that is rightfully yours . Totally shocked . Sunette also has a terrible attitude and avoids any questions about deposit and doesn't reply to emails . I am totally shocked, trusted these people and was a good tenant but get treated terribly after I leave
I was offered a telkom modem by sell direct, they were meant to activate it on Friday. It still is not activated, I have emailed and called but can't get through to them. Im highly annoyed and frustrated - worst service ever .. All i want is feedback!! Absolutely ridiculous
