We had a Gideons breakfast and the service was very professional and everything exactly on time. The food was well prepared and fresh. Thank you for all the extras and the friendliness. Our guests was promptly served and every request was met. We will definitely make use of your services again.

I claimed, and was told that the Dentist will be paid. Genesis needed some documents from the Dentists. Due to the post office-strike, they never received it. I tried multiple times -with proof- to convince Genesis that they can pay me out because I already paid this account on the day of treatment. They explained that it can't be done because it is already 'loaded' or 'approved' or something to that effect. I tried again and Pearl told me that I will get the R700 (without a year's interest) at the end of June 2015. I received an e-mail telling me the claim 'expired'. Please Hello Peter, I am sure you can convince them?
My ABSA cheque account was debited on 1 April 2015 with R1,000. I signed a contract with ABSA for a safe at the Hatfield branch. The amount per year is R150. I was not informed of an escalation in fees. I did online queries on 7 April and again on 20 April, but I got no feedback since.
