I have moved out on the 28th March 2025 and yet to receive my Deposit money. I have spoken to the Admin person handling my payment, I have express the urgency of the payment and still havent received nothing nor a Date as to when it will be processed.
They switch off services without following proper legal procedures. the inconvenience that come with all of that

They abuse their grid power even when its against the Law. You cant switch off the grid because you received an instruction from Central Development. You need to have a Court Order to do so. This is just an abuse of power excuse the pun
Juandré Von Molendorff from Central Development has a blatant disregard to South African rental laws. He doesnt follow the law that governs him and his company. He know how to abuse his power as a Landlord for Central Development. I wonder what the Gauteng Housing Rental Tribunal will say by the abuse of power from Central Development

Its been 5 weeks since i have had decent Connectivity yet the Debit Order keeps running. I complain on x and i get told i should stop talking Nonsense. Rain is by FAR the worst SP, I regret ever signing up with them. 5 week and my issue of have bad connectivity after 6pm in Eldorado Park is still not resolved, 5 weeks
I have never had such a horrible experience with a SP like am getting from Rain. if its not poor download speeds in Eldorado Park its the 5g network with alarms. The Techs are taking Weeks to fix the error which leaves me spending more money on mobile data. On top of that they still debit FULL amount.
