AHM = excellence
AH Marais have provided a well stocked home/hardware store in Robertson. Their service has been simply excellent - showing personal interest, good prices and a wide range of equipment, paint, fittings etc. An absolute pleasure to visit and their advice has been most helpful in my renovation project.

Excellent service - responsiveness ahead of the move in planning, able to meet the dates requested, efficient team with excellent loadmaster, delivered on time and with efficiency and courtesy. Overall great service - through the stress of the move.

Poor service from Fines SA
After being alerted to what seems a legitimate traffic fine, I paid Gives SA with the expectation of settlement. In over a month I have been unable to obtain any confirmation that the fine has been settled and I just received a second demand/alert from another entity for this offence. Is Fines SA a scam site or legitimate and if the latter, why can they not chicory the settlement of my fine?

Annual DSTV frustration repeats itself
Another holiday home switch, another year of calamitous service. Despite being a customer of more than 20 years standing with a standing debit order, DSTV managed to suspend services and demand additional payment after switching from home to holiday home. Every year this happens again. Despite courteous call centre staff, nobody can fix despite escalation and promises of service restoration. Bogus billing leaves me wondering if they really want me as a premium customer. They seem not to care. Nobody can reverse the incorrect billed item and restore PVR functionality! Annual frustration after 40minutes + on the phone and 5 calls later.

Garden lawn upgrade you can count on
Lukas of Proscape Landscaping Projects provided me with excellent service, supplying and installing LM grass for my shaded garden area. His advice was sober - he did not overpromise and we had to wait for the grass to be ready - but he prepped the area well, laid and rolled as required. True to his word - without a premium price. Transformed my lawn area. Fully recommend
