I recently upgraded my Rain 4g to Rain 101 5g and I requested to cancel the previous plan,called several times requesting the cancellation, they told me that it was canceled until they debited R1300 from account when I called to query it ,no answer ,the next month the debited R1190 ,called with no answer, I decided to go on the app only to find out that the Sim 4g was not cancelled,the sim that was not in use,I cancelled it from their online ,now my other connection is affected ,it's cut off I have been holding for 2 hours with no answer.I want my refund.worst service ever
I bought a 60inch smart tv 2 weeks ago, It's stuck on the smart tv logo. This tv is still new already encounting problems

My name is Busi and I'm a third party. Discovery service is really disappointing. I had my claim number and submitted everything required in Jan.On the 7th of Feb I was told take my car for assessment, which I did. I have since been waiting for their call nor communication from them. I have send send them emails and made calls. The person that was assigned to assist, her name is Nonkululeko has never reached out to me until today. We are in April and still my car hasn't been fixed. I'm very disappointed. Good day,<br> My name is Busi Odum, ID number 8402110676087Im frustrated by SABC TV licensing department, I have been getting arrears and yet I made payment for my account in December 2015.I contacted their call centres I was required to send the proof of payment, which I have done it 3 times. I was told that my account will be sorted out within seven days today I called am being told that I need to go to the bank and get the bank profile. I used the FNB SABC bank approved account for so many years and I have NEVER experienced this problem.in the meantime getting arrears every month for something I have paid .I'm getting frustrated and I have been chasing this since January 2016.

It doesn't make sense a child of 7 years house-breaking, how did he get to Welkom at that age as e was staying at Sterk spruit.My sister went to the police station there is no file, no case number. He was suppose to appear in court on the 13 Feb 2015 his was name was not on the list.
