I have never seen such a stinking attitude from a doggy white woman called Mitchel from Dollar Thrifty at East London Airport today. She is sooooo rude, and too lazy too.
I applied for an adsl connection on 13 Aug 2018, until now the 14 Sept 2018 it has not been installed. Today, I am getting an invoice from Telkom to pay for the service which I am still waiting for them to come and install.... this past week is been a terrible one....they were offline every time that I called them in the past 3 days.
OVER A MONTH NOW WAITING FOR MY REFUND..CROOCKS
Spoke with some guy called Ellen today at 09:00 at the disputes section who refused to assist me with the dispute process as I required. He said that I must wait until the account is 2 years old at the end of the month and then the account will automatically be removed by the system. I insisted on what I wanted as I have my reasons for it and then he said that what I wanted was "useless" and I should be waiting as he told me to, I asked him for to get me someone else whom was will to assist me with I wanted, he refused. I asked for his full names, he refused to give me his last name. I asked him to give me his supervisor, he refused to do so. I dropped the line and called back again, I spoke with another lady who then went to look for the team leader as I now wanted to lay a complaint against Ellen. The team leader did not come to the phone, this lady ended up doing as I had requested which is what the previous agent refused to do.
I’m battling to get a paid up letter for my Bradlows account. I have been calling and emailing.. when I call no one knows when the paid up letter would be given to me....and no one is responding to my emails. I was listed at ITC three times for the same account name.. 1. I was listed for the initial amount, 2. I was listed for the remaining balance and 3. I was listed with default for the remaining balance.
<p>Electriciy always going off at Ezibeleni, Queenstown, Eastern Cape even though the President announced stability with Eskom. without notice, the electricity was cut at 18:00pm until we left for work and school this morning without electricity</p> <p>Water always going off as a result we always keep 25 liters bottles always filled up.</p> <p>Roads have potholes the other side of Seating industries, they always cover them with soil.</p> <p>These 3 above makes living at Ezibeleni a nightmare and a regrettable experience.</p>
Anyone dealing with these attorneys, a word of advice...beware of them as I do not have a very good experience with them starting with a very bad attitude from the receptionist to the doggy process which never satisfied my requests. I settled my account in Dec 2014, its only today that i am getting a paid up letter after having fought for it. I paid for rescission in Dec 2014, I have not received a court order document as i was told that the process takes 21 working days.<br> <br> I feel very bad for all the customers of my kind that are already with them.
