I recently had to submit an insurance claim through Naked Insurance for a rather serious vehicle accident, my vehicle was written off. They appointed a validator due to the nature of the accident. I am genuinely impressed with the entire process. From start to finish, everything went smoothly. One standout aspect was Jennica’s exceptional support. She was always super-fast to reply to my emails. Her responsiveness and clarity made a usually stressful situation surprisingly easy. Every step of the claim process was explained thoroughly, and I never felt left in the dark. The overall claim experience was good — documentation requirements were straightforward. No unnecessary delays or frustration. The settlement amount was fair. The service I received was top-notch, and the claim process – thanks to Jennica(and the team) – could not have been better.
I had my session with Devan yesterday ( 19/8/2025). Devan took the time to explain the difference between Retirement and Resignation in great detail. It is clear that he is on top of his game and an expert in dealing with GEPF clients. Looking forward to walking the path with Devan.
I was called (on 3/3/2025) by MTN a month before I'm due for an upgrade. I was informed that I can upgrade now and there will be no extra payments. Eventually, the ********* agent told me that I would have to pay in for my handset due to the early upgrade. When I asked him the amount, he just hung up. I called customer care today just to be informed that the upgrade was processed :( Obviously I cancelled. I've just decided, due to this, that I will NOT be renewing any contracts with MTN.
My insurance selected Tableview Coachworks to fix the damage to my car. The entire experience was excellent. The workshop is the cleanest and neatest I have ever seen. Great communication. Great workmanship. This is the place I will continue to go to in future !!
Pathetic. Simple order placed for 2 items. Mr. D - Takealot Now. Mr D called me 5 minutes after order placed, sorry, only 1 item in stock. Never again.
I received excellent service from Nicolas. The jacket I ordered was too small and within a few days I had my bigger jacket in hand. Great communication. Well stocked store with good prices.
I have been ordering Coffee Beans from Gegrond since 2022. Their coffee tastes great and the beans is always freshly roasted. My current, best tasting coffee off all times, is their Columbian Popayan . Simply the best!! They have excellent customer service and the beans generally arrives within 2/3 days. Bunch of great guys that clearly loves their coffee.
Pro's : NONE Con's : 1) Plakkie broke after 4 months - not even worn much ! 2) Waited about 30 days for delivery ! 3) After sales service is horrible. They don't return calls. They don't respond to e-mails. ! 4) Called them 7 days after returning(hand delivered) my wife's sandals and they werent even aware of this. Another call ( they failed to return my call as promised) and I'm now promised a refund. Let the waiting continues ! Will I order from them again : NO
Marcel gave me an quote on the supply and installation of a OneNav Pro & 2 x cameras that I simply had to accept due to the excellent price ( I did a lot of Google searches for this unit & their prices and Marcel's was the best). I took my car in the next day and was met with an extremely friendly and helpful Drian and technicians. Drian kept me up to date with the installation progress via cellphone. Overall a Great experience and I'm very happy with the install and the system itself.
Buyer beware : I bought a Tablet from them. It was an "out of box" failure. Reported it to them immediately. Lots of hoops to jump through when returning an item in my experience.. Takealot is WAY easier . I had to send them pictures of the outside of box and of the unit . That was not enough. Had to send them a video of me plugging the tablet in and trying to switch it on. Then got email stating that they will return it to seller to do an inspection of the unit and, depending on the finding, they might refund me. Only when I informed them that they are in contravention of the CPA and that I will report them to the National Consumer Tribunal , did they refund me. Lesson Learned : Don't buy from them unless it's really a big bargain ( never again will I buy electronics from them). #BlackFriday
