I had a query with Consumer friend as we picked up prescribed debt and they sorted the matter within 1 day and resolved it for me promptly and professionally - they very quick to help with any query so was a good experience getting help with The consumer friend
<div>I signed up after loosing half my income - all went quick then they added an account onto my restructuring that hasn't appeared on my credit profile for over 10yrs - my credit record and score is clean and they added some account i dont know about - all correspondence they r3fuse to reply in writing where the account comes from and to give me details - i would not recommend debt busters at all as they quick to sign you up but then do things ********* and with numerous emails they refuse to reply in writing which I want so rather go elsewhere for your debt assistance</div>
I had an order from MtN which i then waited for and then for 2 days in a row i receive no call but yet get a sms stating i wasn't able to be reached - i sent 4 emails and also got no response -i then got a call on Friday after 5 which i queried this as the drivers defo did not phone me for a delivery - i was then told i can wait another 5 days to get the delivery on which i cancelled it and told them to return the product as they are useless and probably the worst of all the courier services around - i have never had a hiccup with any courier except for DSV - be careful ordering if DSV ia the courier
Wow what a bad company for complex management - I signed an agreement with them as a lessee recently for the supply of water and electricity only - when they sent me the first bill they even just added what they call is a security levy - legally you can’t go add a levy onto a water and lights account and they fail to respond to me for why a levy has been added to my water and lights account when that’s the only service I signed up with them - I was never given info or signed for any form of levy so they act *******ly so I would be very careful when dealing with this company - I still waiting for proof of where I was given indication or signed to accept a levy that mysteriously appeared on my water and lights account
I app**** for a small loan over 7 months on 7 June 2023 via the banking app which ends up routing you to the call centre - since 7 June I have had numerous messages I on step 3 of 4 - I was then told my application was cancelled - then I was told my application expired and it’s now apparently back on stage 3 of 4 - every call an operator says something else and I have had to resubmit documents more than 3 times since 7 June - it is now 22 June and still nobody has given me an answer on my application- I just get told something different every time I call - there agents on the loan contact nr 021 941 1336 are truly *********** to provide assistance - today 22 June I still have no answer from Capitec on my application after 2 weeks - I get told a different story by every agent and the matter doesn’t get resolved - I’ve had to apply for a 3rd time on the same application
I applied and tried to get an account open - Firstly it took 4 days for them to actually generate what’s needed to be able to approve a debicheck after I queried what’s happening - then they ask for a facial recognition which it rejects - then by Friday 12 o clock I phone call centre and just get promises of a call back which never happened - then I use there WhatsApp for feedback and maybe an hour later then get told to supply a certified copy of ID - it’s now Friday 16:40 - I then send through a certified copy to get a message we are now closed till Monday 8am - responses to emails and calls one doesn’t get feedback and WhatsApp takes about an hour or so for a response - this company has one of the worst feedback responses I have ever dealt with and obviously on a Friday the staff couldn’t care - for feedback and effective timeous response I would not recommend them to anyone due to bad client service
