This is going on for far too long. The ever increasing potholes in our streets needed to be fixed like yesterday. This morning it was so misty, you can't see any potholes. You just drive through them. When we ask if we can fix it ourselves we get an answer of we should not, because we can get charged if there's an accident. (Via talk on whatsapp group) You must be joking, right? Those potholes have a higher risk of causing an accident than us living there trying to fix it ourselves. Those potholes messes up the rims of our cars. Why do we pay municipality bills if our roads looks like this? You are so fast sending us a bill to collect money for use of electricity, water, waste disposal and more. Another topic I want to target are these trash collectors.. The truck driving around with people collecting trash. We have a problem in our neighborhood of people going through bins looking for food and other materials they can salvage to sell or whatever. They sometimes throw out all the trash on the streets. Me and more people are at work trying to make a living to pay our Municipality bill at the end of the month. When we get back home from work we see trash lying around in the streets not picked up. Something must be done about the people scratching in the bins or you need to try keeping our streets clean by getting sweepers like in the olden days. If you do not know how to operate your municipality. Ask the Breede Valley Municipality how they do things. They actually send their townspeople a professional looking newsletter each month telling them exactly what's going on and what will be done in month. I lived there and know exactly how they operate. Matzikama Municipality need to learn from them.
Yesterday (5 march 2016) we wanted to have lunch at Ocean Basket. The waiter told us we can not go in with our trolley and must park it at th eentrance. Why? because we might steal something and put it in the trolley? Our belongings are in that trolley. How do we know that the waiter wont steal anyting in the trolley or someone that pass by at the entrance. If you want to have people not entering the rea with a trolley, make a place where people can park their trolleys in close it with a lock or something... of a better idea. make it stand next to them while eating.<br> <br> This is a very terrible service we experienced yesterday... Just think about all the money you could have made if you had people enter the area with their trolley's. Theres more then enough space in that entire area for every table to have a full size trolley standing next to them.
yesterday we stopped by at Hungry Lion in Cape gate to get some chicken. The lady at the till told us about a special for R160.. When we got the Chicken we had 5x Dry breast pieces, 2 Thighs, 2 Chicken wings and 1 drumstick... 4 buns out of an already opened Sasko pack and chips that were probably prepaired 30 min - 1 hour earlier. <br> <br> The people that were sitting it leave all their rubbish on the table because the bin is out of reach where theres a table where more people are sitting.. On the other hand the people that go eat in doesnt know how to use a bin.<br> <br> If this is how South Africa looks like, I can see its end coming soon..
I keep posting complaints since the beginning of the year and every single time someone at Telkom gives me a different story. Its like nobody at Telkom know whats going on in the company or know how to do their job properly. I filed a line problem on Saturday due to very bad internet. The Some idiot technician phones me just to let me know I am on a 2mb line and if it decreases to lower speed is because im 1 of 40 people sharing the same Network. Just the other day another technician tells me its because of someone with an electric fence that causes the internet to become worse. I can write a book about all the different feedback I got this past year about every single thing Telkom tells me about my internet... Telkom is probably the worst company I have ever faced regarding a product. Saturday I phoned about my line being bad and complained about paying for 2 lines as well because we payed for 1 line and did both ADSL and voice on that 1 line. The person tells me that we only use 1 line and that the other is disconnected. So we pay for a separate line for the past year and a half? Answers please!!
I have complained and complained for a while now. I have filed a fault earlier this month because of bad latency. Talked to Telkom on Twitter and so on. Yesterday a guy from Telkom call me and say that the fault has been cancelled and my account suspended due to late payment. It was payed yesterday morning 7 July. Its 8 July and late in the evening and still no internet access. I called Telkom yesterday and today again. They keep telling me that their hands are tied. My hand are tied too. I cant give you a proof of payment because 8 dont have Internet access. I cant just leave work and stand in a queue just to get a proof because I have little time during lunch. Cellphone banking dont have a proof of payment option. The payment was R820. I have told the guy yesterday and somebody should have checked today and I bet nobody did. Nobody can even give me 5 minutes of internet access to send a proof. Telkom needs to get a do it yourself service like Afrihost so you can pay and have access in seconds. Less calling and waiting for someone to pick up the Phone at Telkom.<br> <br> I need what is expected of Telkom and of any business. check you billing department for the payment I made!
Hi<br> <br> 1. When we lived in Worcester we had 1 voice line where we had ADSL on and could do voice calls. Since we moved to Villiersdorp, according to teh Telkom technician we need to have a seperate DLS line that we have to pay for. Just today I did some research and noticed most ISP say you only need 1 line where you can do both voice and data on. So we payed for an extra line now for almost a year. Talking about daylight robbery!!<br> <br> 2. Since May I have had very bad latency on browsing and gaming. I never had problems before. I have complained on Technical support, but they say theres nothing wrong. I have a 2mb line and my gaming ran better on 386kbps back in the day. Back then I had latency of 250 - 300ms which was fine. Now I get 500 - 800ms latency in game. When I download something in my browser the download stops randomly and doesnt continue and have to restart it. The only way of getting something is via torrent or download manager.<br> <br> DONT TELL ME THAT NOTHING IS WRONG AGAIN IF I KNOW AND SEE THAT THERES SOMETHING WRONG!!!<br> <br> The account is registered on my mothers name. I have sent emails via your website and received 1 back saying I cant returned already bought underpants due to the policy. Its like you dont want to help your customers at all. I work in retail myself and if theres something thats non-returnable Ill sort it out with for the customer by calling the supplier to make it returnable, to make my customer happy. Im not going to pay my Edgars bill if this isnt resolved. Bought Signature underpants. 1 wash and they are stretched so that I cant wear them at all.
