Finance department: Bad service, incompetence, unprofessional. Debit order are going through successfully every month for the last two years but I still receive annoying messages which I know they will say sorry it was a mistake.
Paying for premium hoping to get good service, but when get the opposite. Things have gone worst, all other cheap buses have improved their services while Greyhound if farming backwaters. Nothing will save them. Paying premium means nothing to Greyhound management. Lesson learned.
For more than 6 months begging MTN to correct my account, and until today no one in MTN could help. I called so many times in asking for cancellation just to save myself and MTN troubles but things got worse, I even went to 14th Ave prepared to pay any amount just to get out of this nightmare and you'll think when they see you it'll change attitute, NO. I called 808 so many times and my problem became a joke, same answer all the time. All I need now is the correct settlement amount so that I can give MTN peace they deserve.
Cell C processed a transaction of a new contract in my name without my approval. I went to the branch for investigation but no help from Cell C, I am now the one to run around to fix this problem. Justice must prevail and the perpetrators must be jailed. I tried to reverse the payment from my bank but incurred bank charges. Cell C must sort out this mess very soon.
