Assisted me once with a loan and I paid it back on time now I keep getting declined
11 days later, my money is still not received , they not even responding on my emails.Wednesday I was advise they will solve this within 48hours my account is with admin for payment today is Tuesday still nothing
I cancelled my policy on 8th July debit order still went off on the 10th I immediate logged a ticket for refund today is the 16th I am still seeing that its getting investigated, should have been resolved by now
I am not sure how sufficient Capitec claim to be, I have cancelled my policy on the 4th June for a refund as I am in dire need of that money , they keep saying they working on it but the feedback I get does not match the incident numbers on my logged query... I want my money today still tooo much excuses and back and forth

Wow to think I have been paying my account with these people 3 years later I still haven't received my pillows, I defaulted on my installment which was almost done due to unforeseen circumstances and they immediately handed me over but I am paying for products I have not yet received.
No assistance, even after requesting for payment arrangements. If I am unable to afford the installment at the moment how do these people expect to receive the amounts they are demanding!!!!!
I have been with Cell C for many years, It is such a disgrace what an effort it is to simswap, my simcard has been damaged and I also lost my phone, I tried sim swap however they keep failing me because I can't give the exact date of my last recharge how pathetic is that? I provided all the other question correct my whole life is linked to that number and now I may never get it back

On the 16th April 2022, I have purchased a 125ml Dark & Lovely Straight and Shine Relaxer.The moment I started applying this product my scalp started burning in less than 5 minutes I then immediately rinsed my hair while rinising i noticed long strands of my hair falled out from my roots, the water in the basin was covered with hair and when I checked the mirror I immediately saw the bald sections where my hair fell out.Few days latest I saw the add that their was a fault in the batch they produced and sent to the shelves without checking!!!!!My scalp was burned, I am sitting with Scabs on my scalp and and half Bald. Dark & Lovely wants to reimburse me with a R30 voucher which does not cover the damage and pain I have to endure never mind the Salon fees to now cut my hair.This services is totally unprofessional to say the least!
