Terrible Service
They deserve no star at all, terrible service I've been phoning in for the last 4 weeks with no help regarding my account and service, consultants say they'll get someone to call me back to explain or resolve my issue and no one ever does, I've been charged R1900 on my account and no one can explain, every week I'm disconnected with no explanation, I'm very disappointed at the Services consultants put me on hold for a very long time and then the phone gets disconnected and no one gets back to me, I've taken up their price lock promotion and they said installation free but I'm charged for that as well, false advertising

Flexi trouble
In April a cancelled my membership with them and I then received a cancellation letter and them offering me a cheaper plan which I was still not interested, now they denie that the letter saying that my membership number does not appear on the letter and I was not cancelled and I still owe them I'm listed on ITC and they refuse to rectify their mistake so I'm taking this further to ombidsman, lawyers and consumer rights guys pls be aware

Good day I'm trying to apply for a house and to my surprise Flexi club has listed me on ITC and now my profile is on a negative this is so disappointing because I speak very highly about this company to honest they have the best holiday destinations and best hotel it's so sad that this is happening to me
