Twice disappointed Booked a lady, Naomi. A different person, Lisa, arrived-unkept and inexperienced. The lady kept reminding me to contact her directly to book again. When I booked her, Lisa, through the App, lo and behold, I was informed by Nazly at SweepSouth that Lisa had a "4" rating and was inexperienced for my home. She was sending someone with a "6" rating. Charity arrived unkept, 45 minutes late. Had limited understanding of English and let me know she had 2 weeks experience with Sweepsouth. Sweep south promised punctuality, Experience and value for money. I was billed even though Charity left after 15 minutes.

We received excellent service from HF De Bruin a day ago. Whilst on holiday in Mossel Bay my sons eye was watering and red. Furthermore, the contact lens kept falling out. He'd forgotten his "eye first aid kit" and spare set of contacts at at home. Brink & De Bruin were recommended to us by a hotel staff member. Good news: De Bruin cleaned, disinfected and "rescued" the contact lenses. We were able to continue our road trip as planned. We're really grateful for optimal optometry such as this.
We purchased Mandela Hope Medallions to have been released in 2015. The broker let us know that these were a limited edition and a small number of coins. We paid over our little savings whilst the broker promised that Scoin was the only gold coin dealer who would buy back their coins.<br> <br> The company, Scoin, and their brokers duped us. We haven't seen the medallion and the company now claims they cannot refund us. Nothing the brokers promise comes to fruition because the brokers resign regularly. Its 2016, ten months, three brokers and no medallion. What a nightmare!
It is only after having a tough time dealing with this company that we realise that we were duped by Allan Demby and his cronies, Rhys Culinan and Russel Perry. To the management team at Sable Square, China Town<br> <br> Amidst the severe water shortages in the Western Cape (and throughout SA) one is constantly aware of water saving. <br> Yesterday we saw fresh water continuously pouring down the drain in the parking area at above-mentioned shopping centre. We reported it to Marius at Centre Management with little expectation of acton. Lo, and behold! By the time we returned to our vehicle, in the parking area, Marius was personally attending to shutting off the leak from irrigation. Such a prompt and efficient response is rare and certainly took us by surprise.<br> We don't usually frequent the shopping centre but perceptions have certainly been changed for the better by Marius's reaction to to the water loss.<br> <br> Many blessings to the Management Team at Sable Square in 2016!

This happens with Christmas deliveries too! We make an order of flowers and a present per person but we are charged twice in spite of the goods going to the same address. Our challenge with Discovery Medical Aid is as follows:<br> <br> 1. Discovery changes debit order dates without notice<br> <br> 2. Discovery processes debit orders on dates which haven't been agreed to, thus having huge costs in returned debit orders.<br> <br> 3. Discovery constantly cancels/ places on hold / suspends our medical cover (due to returned debit orders mentioned above). Why when they're at fault??<br> <br> 4. Discovery does not communicate or respond to any queries whether telephonic nor in writing. It's been over a year of nightmares with the same issue.<br> <br> Discovery causes us mental illness, unnecessary financial burdens and inconvenience due to the ADMINISTRATIVE BUNGLES on behalf of discovery. Roto Rooter was called out for a geyser repair. (Water was pouring our of one of the geyser outlets at full speed. Furthermore, hot Water was coming out of cold taps and vice versa). The First quote was presented and had to be paid in full before work commenced. We paid almost R2200 in full.<br> The problem continued into the next day. They provided a new quote \that would definitely alleviate the problem"for close to R700.<br> Neither of their interventions worked after two days of work.We waited 5 days for them to return and complete the work-NOTHING. Now they're demanding payment for the last quote after we paid another plumber R2500 to finish their work. This just feels wrong!"""
Aim Straight was called upon after two plumbing companies had failed miserably to resolve a problematic geyser.<br> <br> The plumber, Kyle, from Aim Straight who looks reasonably young could easily be misjudged but he proved to be very knowledgeable about plumbing. He approached the issue with confidence, made the diagnosis and was able to make the necessary repairs within minutes. No long stories about quotes and going to collect stock. He had everything he needed on hand to do the work. All the material looked new and clean. The price was reasonable for the time and work conducted and on top of that there weren't any demands for upfront payment and unnecessary calls. <br> <br> Added to this, Kyle and Costa must be commended for their neatness whilst working and the respect they showed towards the domestic staff and our home overall. They've given me a new respect for the trade and the people in the trade. Keep aiming straight!
