Hi I want feedback, its been over a month already and no feedback from Telkom. Your internet is slow and the service from you guys is nonexistent. I sent an email to ********** with no feedback. Yesterday had an online chat with Rethabile, she promised to get me feedback, its 24hrs later and nothing... 081180 doesnt work, using the call me back feauture on the site doesnt work, email doesnt work... the only thing that works is telkom taking my money.
To whom it may concern. On 24th November 2017 there were two unauthorized debits from my account, on the same day as always I logged a D/O dispute ********** 438. On 25th November I received confirmation email that the service request has been resolved however to date the funds have not reflected back into my account. I followed-up on 15th December 2017 the consultant (forgot to note her name) I spoke said she will findout why the funds have not been reversed into my account and someone will call me back for feedback. I followed-up again on the 19th December 2017, I was told the same story, that the issue has been escalated and I thought surely since its the second time calling they will get back to me for real however that never happened. On 4th January 2018 I followed-up again, spoke to consultant (Jordie Arries, Ref# ********** 435) he said since its over 40 days due there is nothing he can do. Having to explain again my issue and that it was logged well before the overdue days and he agreed. He said his manager has escalated and someone will give me a callback on the matter, but I told him that didn't work before and I was right. Its now 8th January 2018 no feedback, poor service from SBSA and customer is not happy.

<p>My wife and I welcomed our daughter to the family in 16/12/2015. It has been close to two years already, yet Bankmed has not fully paid all claims related to new baby. In January 2017, the baby was registered and all required documentation sent through yet to date there is an outstanding claim related to baby’s birth. I have called in (everytime you get a different consultant, different ref no) and email however all I get have been nothing but empty promises to settle my claim.</p> <p> </p> <p>Lately I have been speaking to a gentleman named Amien, he has been constant in giving me feedback and is serious about getting my matter resolved however his efforts alone have not resolved my outstanding claim as someone within Bankmed processes is sleeping, dropping the ball and not thinking about the customer.</p> <p> </p> <p>There is no-more hope!</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards,</p> <p>PJ Phasha</p>
How can Telkom over market a product that they are unable to deliver, there is a list of over 30 people (I was no 37) for the March deal and the consultants say there is no stock with no reasonable explanation that we will get the deal. End of March is just next week and we will miss the deal. <br> <br> Telkom do not market what you cannot deliver.<br> <br>
