It's actually concerning how the quality of clothing and prices have changed recently. Jeans and trousers which maybe slightly less than other clothing stores literally last 2 washes. Stitches start coming loose. Colour fades dramatically and funny lines appear on the jeans. It's really disappointing to say the least. Mr price will probably respond with if you are not satisfied take them back for exchange or refund. In both theses solutions. Take them back for refund which entails a lot of paperwork and proof of purchase date. Really am I the only person who does not retain copious amounts of paperwork..2nd option exchange...great 2 washes and thr cycle repeats. It's no wonder my Mr Price is not full to bursting with customers.
The ongoing saga with The Hair Movement, it's quite ironic when you share your bad experience with others and other people confirm that their colour experience with The Hair Movement watercrest Mall left them very disappointed and had to spend more money at other salons to correct the problem. Also quite questionable is the fact that when you ask for the owners number you are informed that they cannot give you same.. why? surely if the business is receiving bad reviews you as the owner would like to engage and try and resolve the problem amicably (in my case a refund) not get your minion.... a lady that has no clue. Owner who ever you are refund me and let's go out different ways... myself and other disgruntled will never support your business. Sam/Charmaine
The Hair Movement. Watercrest mall. KZN definately would see me again.. went in about 2 weeks ago for low lights. Wanted darker low lights, but hairdresser said I would like a zebra. Walked out with we light ****** ish streaks. Thus cost Mr 850.00. Very disarriafied I phoned the salon the next morning.. hairdresser said I could come in for a correction. Unfortunately I was not Ble to go in and i had to reschedule... I the n eceived a call from someone from the salon who informed me that the special price of R850.00. The more I tried to tell her it was a correction the more she emphasized the special was over. After losing my cool. She made the appointment for this morning at 9h00 am. I arrived there at 8h45.. the door was open so I went in. The hairdresser informed me that my appointment was only for 9h00 and told me I could wait outside. I am sure she saw my blood was boiling and invited me to sit down and offered me a cup of tea. Which I accepted, however she then proceeded to tell me I had chosen thd colour and she had suggested darker. This was such a lie.. I pi ked up my bag and walked away. R850.00 for an absolutely bad experience...
Once again!!! No further communication ftom Mr Price on my previous review and once again a problem with my account. I find it pretty amazing that a massive Company like Mr Price cdn keep getting it wrong. Paid my account as per balance received, in store. And now received a message saying I still owe R177.00... how does this even make sense... they really need to address this situation and get their house in order. Are they overwhelmed with standard accounting or just non commital to sorting out the problem.. perhaps as s major company they don't give a hoot?
MR PRICE.... HOLY SMOKE... REALLY! They honestly do not have a clue about accounting.. 1.. I am told my instalment is 260 2. Credit available 212 Today I receive a message saying R465 due... no credit. Seriously I queried this earlier this month and was told that a credit for 253.00 would only reflect on the 8th March. Please for the sake of my sanity tell me what is going... my accounting knowledge is that a credit should reflect instantly??
Inferior quality lethargic service. I bought a pair of sandals from PEP on the 18th September.. have worn them exactly 3 times and on both left and rights shoes, the middle piece that goes between the toes has pulled. I explained the situation per email who assured me that my complaint would be addressed timeously......still waiting. I then went to Hillcresh branch in the hopes they might assist. They said they did not carry that particular sandal. I requested a refund and this was refused as I did not have a slip. I have however the payment made per my debit card. They still insisted I had to exchange for something of the same value. After my patience was running thin I picked up a pair of tekkies which were more expensive and informed them I would pay the difference. This now upset the apple cart and the lack of attempting to assist me was blatantly obvious. I requested the defect sandals back and stormed out the store. Where has the friendly smiling obliging service gone?????
Capfin believe that hiw they handle their customers is absolutely the right way. I have on numerous occasions requested that they do not use my Companies landline...... this is purely for the business of the company and has peeved my boss off as it is a constant. They have my cell phone which the use quite a few times on a day....when I answer they put the phone down. Is this their way of running up costs to the customer. I strongly recommend any potential customers Give CAPFIN a wide berth as your tolerance levels will be tested beyond your capacity.
I paid my Mr Price on Saturday. Today I have had numerous calls asking why had not paid. Even my bosses private cellphone was used by them, I told them not to phone his private cellphone and to phone me back on my cell phone. No response. I then spent my last airtime phoning them to check my account as well as asking them not to use his cell phone to get to ne. The money I paid reflected and the lady who I spoke to said she would take his number off the system... obviously dud not happen as he received another call. I then went into Mr Price and they checked my account and my account is completely up to date. Now at 5h15 I received another call from. Mr Price saying they had not received my payment????? I proceeded to ask her to check as confirmation had been given by 2 sources that my account was up to date she then spoke over me telling me l sorts of stories. Really!!!! 5 calls to ask me for money. Perhaps they should address the incompetence of their staff.
The most appalling service experienced at Eldorado Spur Hillcrest. We try to support this steak house, but have had bad service in the past, but the bad service experienced on Sunday tge 28th May 2023 was absolutely disgusting. We invited some friends to join us for the Seniors Menu and arrived at 13h15, I had booked a table. We waited a long time for someone to take our drinks which we eventually go. Then the main course, the spinach had not been prepared and arrived halfway through the meal. After that we waited a very long time for someone to clear the table and take our desert order. Shoo we eventually left at 15h50. Not on
