Simone the accounts lady soo arrogant and tell me to give her settlement on work that is not done .This company are a bunch of ****s . We built our website with them and paid our account in full and Jaco Suggested we do google adds and they claimed they are working on it and we found out they where actually not doing any campaigns and decided to cancel it and they Donny want to cancel it instead they are billing us and when we refuse to pay they shut down our website which is paid for and are refusing to give us our Files . they also want us to pay for the second website which was never built . I wouldn't recommend them at all .
I had a fire claim, which I submitted ,my claims consultant Tebogo Scandling was assigned . she has never called me to update me on my claim, when I call her colleagues say she is on a phone call which is a lie they are covering for her . the Flood allure company took my furniture and claimed they had cleaned in and it was never properly cleaned , I had to bring in another company to come clean in on site because when I call Tebogo she is not taking my calls and her colleagues are not useful . my gadgets where suppose to be replaced a month ago she authorised incorrect items, new world had to stop and wait for her authorise new items which she hasn't at all . I sent through numerous emails without any assistance even New world sent her an email . I called today and her colleague rudely dropped a phone on me when I said I wanted to speak to Tebogo. why is this Tebogo being hidden and protected by her colleagues this experience has been horrible and the level of Arrogance .
I HAD A GEYSER BURST IN JANUARY AND MY HOME CONTENTS WERE DAMAGED AND DURING THAT TIME I WAS UNAWRE THAT I HAD A COVER FOR HOUSE HOLD CONTENTS WITH AFI. DUE TO THE NATURE OF DAMAGES CAUSED I THREW AWARE THE CONTENTS AS THEY WERE NOT SERVING ANY GOOD PURPOSE ANYMORE . THE GEYSER DAMAGE ,FIXING THE CEILING AND PAINTING THE UNIT WAS FIXED BY THE PROPERTY BODY CORPORATE. AFTER MY PREMIUM WAS INCREASED I WENT THROUGH MY POLICY SCHEDULE AND REALISED I HAD COVER FOR HOME CONTENTS. ON THE 31/03/2016 I MADE A CLAIM AND FOLLOWED UP WITH THE CLAIMS CONSULTANT TO MY SHOCK I RECEIEVED THIS RESPONSE A MONTH LATER : The file was discussed on Friday as promised and management has decided not to accept the claim due to late notification and also that we were prejudiced as we were not granted the opportunity to assess the damaged items. A formal rejection letter will send to you within 8 working days. THE ASSESOR HAD REQUESTED ALL PICTURES WHICH WERE TAKEN BEFORE THE GOODS WERE DAMAGED , THE CONTACTS OF ALL RELEVANT PEOPLE , CONTACTS AND THEY ALSO COMMUNICATED WITH THE BODY CORPORATE TO CONFIRM THE DAMAGES ALL THEY NEEDED TO KNOW. MY EXPERIENCE WITH AFI HAS BEEN HORRIBLE FROM THE BEGIN WITHTHE LEVEL OF SERVICE I HAVE RECEIVED HAS BEEN A DISGRACE. I HAVE ALWAYS HAD TO FIGHT FOR THEM TO HONOUR MY CLAIMS. PERHAPS ITS ABOUT WHO YOU ARE WITH AFI BUT I HAVE BEEN LET DOWN BY THE INSURANCE I SO MUCH PAY MY PREMIUMS WITH HONOUR IN HOPE THEY WILL BE THERE FOR ME WHEN I NEED THEM MOST.
I RECENTLY HAD A CLAIM WITH AFI FOR A MOTOR VEHICLE WHICH WAS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT. THE CLAIM WAS ALLOCATED TO OSCAR MATSEKE WHOM HAS BEEN VERY INCOMPETENT FROM THE BEGIN, I WAS GIVEN A COURTESY VEHICLE FROM AVIS WHICH I HAD TO PAY R1 200.00 UPRONT WITH UNLIMITED KM AND I WOULD GET THE AMOUNT BACK UPON RETURN OF THE VEHICLE PROVIDED THE WAS NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR. THE DAY I WENT TO THE PICK UP MY CAR AT THE PENAL BEATERS I WAS ADVISED BY OSCAR TO DROP OFF THE COURTESY VEHICLE BY THE PENAL BEATERS AND AVIS WILL FETCH IT THERE. FEW DAYS LATER I GET DEBITED BY AVIS AND YET THEY HAVE NOT RETURNED BACK MY R1 200.00. I REPORTED THIS MATTER WITH OSCAR BY EMAIL FOR ALMOST A MONTH NOW I SEND EMAIL WEEKLY YET OSCAR AVOIDS RESPONDING TO MY EMAILS AND WHEN I CALL HIM HE NEVER TAKES MY CALLS AND WHEN I LEAVE HIM MESSAGES HE NEVER GETS BACK TO ME. I AM NOT HAPPY AND I HAVE LOST MY CONFIDENCE IN AFI . OSCAR HAS SHOWN ME A GREAT LEVEL OF ARROGANCE AND DISRESPECT. HE DOES NOT CAR HOW THIS MATTER AFFECTS ME . ITS BEEN 4MONTHS SINCE MY CLAIM HAS BEEN ALLOCATED TO OSCAR YET I HAVE BEEN FRAUSTRATED FROM THE BEGINNING.
The girls working at the till points are very rude offer a very poor service . They always make mistakes with my orders. The owner/manager guy is always standing there and notices what this stupid girls are doing yet she does nothing about it... A girl by the name of Tsakani is extremely rude Ito even disgusting.
