Bad service and pictures being published without my concern by an unknown user
I ordered items from Makro 24 July 2024 order number MAK718895 and there was an Item not delivered the USB C female to USB male and to date I have not received my refund I am sure I have spent more money phoning them than what is actually due to me, every time you phone you are told the issue has been escalated, Today to my surprised when I phoned I was told that according to the last call i made the guy enquired about the item that i actually received after i even sent them pictures of what i did not get. before that Thamsanqa Mpengesi told me i need to send bank details and proof of purchase or bank statement meaning i can send either or when i sent the bank details and proof of purchase he came back to say he also needs a bank statement i am not sure how if that a proof of purchase which i did not send because i am obviously being played. its 2 months later and i am told stories instead of being paid. surprisingly the Proof of purchase is the same type that i sent last year when a refund was due to me by Makro but this year it's not acceptable... I am really sick of this store really , i have lots of Reff numbers not even sure which one to use anymore the latest one is 4333254. i mean two months later instead of getting my money i am told stories after stories
my Friend and 1 got threatened by a hungry lion staff member by the name of Scelo we phoned the head office we were told we will get phone call from the area manager, and we still haven't anything a phone call from the area manager and its almost 3 weeks after the incident so the assumption is that they condone this type of behavior from their staff members , my name is Mbali my number 0605044449
My name is Mbali, I went to a jet store in Maponya mall yesterday 13 January 2024 at 12h16, I was assisted by a lady that lacks customer service on the slip it's Written Zanele Trans No. PP4539180058658 T453918001 I don't know if these numbers mean anything, I didn't see her name tag. First when I approached her till she walked away with no explanation, then she came back and didn't even have the decency to greet just a simple hello I had to greet her then told her I want to pay my account, she took the card while she was busy with that transaction I remembered that I was told that if I want to use the Jet card at the new stores that joined Jet like Foschini, exact etc. I need to change my card after I tried to buy with it at exact in December I couldn't because it's still the old Jet Card and didnt have my ID so couldn't change my card, WHEN I ASKED HER IF I COULD CHANGE MY CARD BECAUSE I HAD MY ID, HER QUESTION WAS WHHHHHY?? With an attitude and I didn't even understand why she asked me that question to begin with, because she should know that some people had moved to the new card for the reasons that I mentioned regarding me not being able to buy at exact store in December., but I had to waste my time and explain to her anyways and after my explanation her answer was WE DONT HAVE CARDS HERE YOU MUST GO TO THE JET STORE WHERE THEY HAVE CARD 😳then I asked why don't you guys have cards and told her who was supposed to make sure that there are cards does this mean I must now go around the whole of Soweto looking for a jet store with cards I don't even remember her answer... What I was expecting her to maybe say was that we don't have card now if you can please come back on Monday or whatever the case may be. Not the attitude that I was given, I owe about 800 on my jet card I was tempted to actually pay that whole amount then close that account all together we clearly not valued by Jet staff in Soweto, I've been to eastgate, cresta I never ever get such attitude from staff,what's makes this situation worst I think the supervisor or manager was there on the next till busy with some paperwork but didn't even say a word. My name is Mbali mbuyazi... I brought most fencing material from Built in Mandeni situated at Sundumbili... I paid almost 15 000 got assisted by Zakhele and the second time by Eric both were very helpful thank you... I THEN SPENT OVER R300 CALLING THE STORE BECAUSE I HAD NOT RECEIVED MY GOODS... FIRST THE INDIAN GUY I DONT KNOW WHO HE WAS ERIC WOULD KNOW WILL ANSWER THE PHONE RUDELY WHEN I CALL TO ENQUIRE ABOUT THE DELIVERY HE WUD SAY "ERIC NANGU LO MAMA LO" MEANING HERE IS THIS WOMEN...ON SATURDAY I PHONE AGAIN 2 REMIND THEM ABOUT MY DELIVERY THE MANAGER RAJ THEN TOLD ME STORIES ABOUT PROBLEMS WITH THEIR ADMIN THAT HAVE NOT CONFIRMED THE PAYMENT HE TOLD ME A WHOLE LOT OF STORIES... 10MIN LATER HE PHONED TO SAY EVERYTHING IS SORTED AND MY STUFF WOULD BE DELIVERED YESTERDAY 16 May he told me this before 12pm i phoned after 2 because my stuff was still not delivered and the builders were still waiting Sydney answered the phone and told me my order was out on delivery i phoned after 30min cos it was still not delivered he told me the same thing... I phoned after 4 pm because my material was still not delivered and spoke to RAJ the manager and he told me my things were still in the store there is a big mix up.... What makes it worst he first told me i had an attitude but i had paid my money for their bad service...later on i only received 15bags of cement and no communication from them ... So in a nutshell i still havent received my material from build it the builders waited the whole day and i waited the whole week... What makes me even angrier is that there is someone that went to buy after me and received their goods and that person was shocked that m still waiting on my delivery how is that possible...
