Pathetic emergency admissions and care. Very slow and take forever to see a doctor

Most pathetic courier
The worst communication and delivery service that I am aware of. And I do send and receive alot via courier. Never answers phones (Head office nor Kuruman branch) . Don't answer emails.

Still no help since 12 May
12 May 2021, 21:20 No assistance bad service I have a loan with direct axis and I am not able to pay the installment because I am unemployed. I have sent numerous emails to them and I have not received any response from them. I have phoned them and it always says that due to the high number of people calling they are not able to assist. What am I supposed to do. I need help and advice.

Delivery nightmare
Have order 3 gifts on site. Tracked it and after numerous times of saying that courier guy kathu can't be reached that is not true they show on site that package is delivered to me and signed for by me. NOT True. I have received nothing and absolutely not signed for anything either. Thursday I was told that they would get back to me asap and have heard nothing till now!

Bad service from absa
We are under debt councilling and have notified the bank. My sars return was wrongfully paid into my absa account and absa took everything. That money was the only way I can feed my family this month. Please I need this resolved and the money back so i can buy food. I do have arrangements via debt counceling. Gavin Odendaal

Bad client service
Have have send endless times of emails to get them to call me. It's been a month of sending emails and still no reply. FED UP!!!! Dont bodder replying here with contact details. Its received as ****. So just flippen call me. I have done more than my part

Very bad service

Bad bad service but quick to lend money
I have a loan with direct axis. I was retrenched and sent my retrenchment letter numerous times to get assistance. I have not gotten any reply or call from them. I am worried.

Bad bad bad service and rude staff
Have baught a lounge suit cash from Russels Kuruman. I am not satisfied with the couches and returned them for a refund. Now they tell me it can take up to 21 day for money to be paid back to me. It is not acceptable. I paid cash and they did not wait for money. I expect the same in return. Why should i wait for my money.
