I have not been refunded for Order #177784456 item was returned and my account says Account credited on the 7 May 2025 but no funds as ever credited. I have called the call Centre on the same day and told me they will get back to me and today is 12 May and no one has attempted to get back to me. I just my refund so that I can be done with you. Return #2 Order #178244782 Teh 2 Items that was returned was R149 each I was only refunded R188. Consultant I spoke to could not even tell me why that is. not sure what kinda people work there because they know nothing and not helpful at all. Please refund my money
Internet been down and can't get any assistance from their whatsapp. I have been having endless problems with web Africa they are the worst service provider. My internet goes off every month the they take their own time to fix the damn problem.
Good day. This will be the 3rd month that my internet has gone off. 1st month June 3 days, July 5 days, and now again. This is a monthly occurrence. When I asked billing if they going to credit my account for the amount of days it was off they said but I must pay for the full month, what **** is that. It was a total of 8 days that I have been sitting without internet and now again. This is utter bull****
Really Bad service. Internet been off for 4 days now. They keep on escalating the issue and yet nothing I being done to fix my line. The work that I do is online and I haven't been able to work for the last 4 days and this is the 3rd time this month my internet has been off. They don't really care about their customers as long as they making money. I have lost all together 9 days of work this month alone and that is 9 days I am not getting paid for as I would not work. I spoke to 7 different agents since line was disconnected and they keep on telling me they will escalate it. How many times does it need to be escalated. Every day my internet is down I am loosing money. This by far the worse service I every received. I mailed the complains department they could not even assist me they just give me generic answers.
They don't even deserve 1 start. My internet had been off 3 times this month. 3 to 4 days at a time. They are the worse IPS. I would advice people to stay away from them like so many others have said as well. They don't care about their clients. The service is poor. The Internet is more off than on. Then you pay full subscription every month. I am not even sure why I am writing this review as they don't even reply on the e mails that I sent.
I have received a Final Notice in the post today stating that my license disk was not displayed in the windscreen of my vehicle. I have renewed my car license on the 19/082021 at 09:53 at Promenade Mall in Mitchells plain. My disc is on the right side of the vehicle. I have attached the notice I received of R500, as well as proof of my License renewal document and a picture of the license disc on my windscreen which was placed there on the same day as the renewal date. If an officer has pulled me off to check he/she would have seen the disc on the windscreen. which means some office is not doing their work properly. I would like this sorted out as soon as possible, please.
The installation was done yesterday and the guys just left. I looked at the router and the LOS light is flashing red. Installers never even explained to me what is going to happen next or why there is a red flashing Not sure what that is but I am unable to use internet. I have been trying for over 4 hours to make contact with call centre and could not get through to anyone, the whatsapp line is no use I wanted 45 min and no reply. e mailed the help line and no responds.
Good day. I was told that my details were sent to the banking department for my refund and still no refund has been received and that was 7 days ago. This issue has been going on for over a month now. I have sent the proof that you requested 4 times and yet nothing has been done. I have asked for an agent to contact me and that was a month ago and no one has called. I received 2 Sms from Thobeka Maya on 15 June 2020 Then I received a reply on Hellopeter from the complaints management team Ishie asking me to send my banking details which i have done as well on 25 June 2020 and another on 29 June 2020 stating That my banking refund is being reviewed.The Other 2 Sms were from Nonkululeko Nkosi on the 14 July 2020 stating the same what they told me a month ago. Hi. I cancelled my Contract on the 3 June 2020. I had a credit balance of R654.60. I Paid my account a year in advance so I dont have the debit order running. So now in order to get my own money back i have to provide proof of payment which I don't have as the payment was made a year ago. I don't see the need to send proof that i paid the account in advance if whoever checked my account correct or if they checked it at all they would have picked up that it was paid in advance. Bank Statements does not go that far out. I have been struggling with this issue for over 3 weeks now and I am not happy with the service hence I cancelled my contract
I have been standing a Nedbank Promenade line to change my number for over and hour and half. They have 2 with a line of 50+ people in the line. People are getting aggravated by the slow service of the consultants behind the counter. They have elderly people standing in this queue for longer than what I am. The branch manager should really looking at changing the way they operate with assisting clients. Everything gets done at the teller counter. Collection of cards, changing details, deposit and withdrawals etc. They should really simply their operation. I think personally this is my worst experience in a bank. Why do you have to come into a branch to change your details all the other Banks you call the call centre and you can change it. This is really bad
