I HAVE SENT PRIOR REVIEWS ON HELLO PETER AND STILL NO RESPONSE. UNABLE TO MAKE CONTACT WITH DISCOVERY BANK. THE VARIOUS PHONE NUMBERS DO NOT ACCEPT THE OPTIONS AND KEEP REVERTING BACK TO THE MAIN MENU. I NEED TO TALK WITH SOMEONE.
After complaining on Hello Peter several times because my renewal card was issued incorrectly I eventually received the correct card. Now the card does not work and declines when I try to make a purchase. The various contact numbers do not accept any options and thus I cannot talk with anyone. Did email Discovery and Mpho Phalane yesterday. Received no acknowledgement of my mail.
Last week I reported Discovery Bank on Hello Peter. They were quick to respond. However my problem has not been resolved. I have two problems: 1. My card has somehow been issued in the incorrect name,. I sent the documentation through and Discovery verified and responded that it had been corrected. 2. I have received 4 calls from DSV Couriers (011)6719599 informing me of the delivery. Each time they respond the following day to say that no one was home. THAT IS UNTRUE. Neither did a driver call to say he had been here. On Saturday I was home all day and no one came to deliver the card albeit that they said delivery would take place between 08h00 - 13h00. It is also extremely difficult to call the various available phone numbers and get through to talk with a person.
IMPOSSIBLE to get through to ANY of the given contact numbers. All request an option to be selected and then ALL respond that he option was not selected.
Quoted R295 for a call out. Basic lock. Key broke. Asked for a quote before and locksmith said that he cannot give price until the job is done. He charged R2500 for replacing a basic lock. His invoice states: HIGH SECURITY LOCK. I queried it and he discounted his fee to R2000. The entire job took 15 minutes. This is a *******. They catch people by quoting a low call-out fee.
Took my money. I am unable to login into the account and they do not send a password reset as promised when trying to login. No matches. Signed up for six months. After one month cannot get into the site or make any contact with the provider. A COMPLETE SCAM!!!!!!
Unable to contact them. Not able to make a booking. What is the purpose of having these points?
My mother receives a small pension. Her accountant wrote a letter and she called 3 times to OPT OUT of the tax. They have not replied to any mails. I have attempted to call them several times. Eventually, I spoke with a person called Elroy Kieviets, who put me on hold. The phone call cut-out because of the length of time that I was holding on for. I could not get hold of him again and had to start the process over with a different agent. The pension is my mother's only source of income. I do not know how to obtain a response and action from Pencare.
Easy Equities do not respond to queries or tickets logged. The phone numbers do not work.
This is the second time that I am posting about the same problem. I bought an ironing board. It arrived unwrapped, torn, dented, scratched with broken rods. Takealot cancelled the collection date. I called and logged an online request. The ironing board remains uncollected. Their phones have been ringing for two days with no answer. There also no way to write to them.
