Super Service! Super Delivery! Excellent prices! Great communication! Would definitely recommend FirstShop for your IT supply needs. Pierre
Capitec Bank has the most frustrating and kɐk service imaginable. If you have or have loved ones with an account at Capitec Bank, please close it as soon as possible. My deceased father had accounts there and we asked for settlement letters. They state it takes 7 working days to get back to us. 9 working days later and nothing. Super kɐk bank, super kɐk service. Horrible.
Solid goods. Super fast delivery, excellent price. Very happy.
Thought it is a bit dodgy with their too good prices online and being in Durban. Their Ads also looks somewhat dodgy. But it is not! Super great service, super fast shipping, and of course - the prices are better than all other online sources I could find. 100% would recommend and would buy from them again.
Wow, is one word to describe the service and speed of delivery from FirstShop. I ordered few things in the morning about 10am - when I hear a horn at the gate at 2pm, I was kind of shocked and thought what or who could that be? I went out and they said there is a parcel for me. I thought maybe it was something else I didn't know about but then, I saw the FirstShop logo on the parcel.. I was stunned.. Amazing. thanks for that!
I have rented a small car at Thrifty in Aug'19 Had to put down a deposit of six grand (6000). On the form there was also another clause, if you damage the vehicle, excess payment immediately payable of ten grand (10000). Unfortunately I have damaged the left mirror and a bit on the door. I tried to call Thrifty cape town to let them know what happened (according to their documents, this is what you have to do). COULDN'T get through at all. Their telephone/voicemail system was corrupted. Finally came through to a gentleman called Raymond at the head office in Johannesburg. He also tried to get through to cape town with no luck. He told me just to go to the nearest police station, get a statement, and take the vehicle back to thrifty. Went to the closest police station to make a statement and immediately took the vehicle back to thrifty cape town. I checked in the vehicle, signed some damage papers, went to the front-office and had to pay the ten thousand rand excess (10000) - everything is fine at this point. At this point they have sixteen thousand rand (16000). The lady at the counter told me that Thrifty will fix the car with the ten thousand rand excess which is actually a deposit basically. What they don't use to fix the vehicle, they will pay back. Thrifty gave me a vrot second car with damaged wheel covers, cigarette liter burns in the dashboard, smoke stink in the cabin, but I didn't say anything. We enjoyed the rest of our holiday further. Finally returned the second vehicle we got with a full tank and returned home. When I got home, I called and mailed Thrifty to ask about what will happen next with the vehicle - no-one really had a clue, but I waited. Eventually after I phoned them again... they told me that Thembisa Bekezulu is busy handling my situation. I got a hold of her and she told me she will send me the repair documentation, repair quotes, etc. (10 days later, Thrifty released my six thousand deposit - great) One and a half months later, I receive a mail from their legal department starting with: "Without Prejudice" Good Day P..., <--Spells my surname wrong. Uses a 2017 date --> ...and vehicle returned on the 16/08/2017. (Still haven't received any documentation, repair quotes or anything from Thrifty.) Guess what, the damages to the vehicle was EXACTLY ten grand (10000) - How cool is that? And they still charge me extra for not filling up the damaged vehicle before bringing it back. I told the legal department No, I will not pay a cent until you send me the repair quotes, repair invoices, etc. It doesn't make sense how the damages of the vehicle sucked up the entire ten thousand rand (To the cent) and they still want me to pay extra money for petrol I didn't fill up. Thrifty is trying to rip me off now. It is now a week after that email - again, no replies at all ... again. Explain to me how you managed to use exactly ten thousand rand to fix a mirror (costing 1200 ~ 1500 for a Hyundai i10, little paint work for a maximum of 4500 and a total max of 6000), ends up being exactly the same amount as the damage excess/deposit of the vehicle?
What a great experience I had thanks to Janice Venter! I wanted to try out the Zodiac MX6 pool cleaner before buying it. I got contacted by her and she explained to me in which pool the MX6 will work best, luckily my pool ticked all the boxes. She arranged a test unit for me after she told me that the people doing the demos already went on holiday (middle Dec 2018) but I can still come and get a test unit if I wanted to. Before I left their offices she made sure that I had all the necessary parts needed to run the cleaner in my pool. I had the cleaner for four days and returned it with a sad face because I knew I had to go back to my own cleaner. The MX6 works very well, Janice told me if the MX6 will work in my pool, the MX8 will do even better. Looking forward to replace my dreary cleaner with the MX8! Thank you for your support and care.
I stumbled upon Affordable blinds in search for ... affordable blinds. John contacted me - gave me the best prices between 14 blind companies. Service was quick and very good! Excellent quality blinds for around 50% of the full price of any other blind company in pretoria/johannesburg area.

Great work!
