My name is Ernest I took my phone in repair at vodacare vodaworld on the 22 october they deliverd the phone at my work on the 02 Nov till today I am still missing my cover and my battery ,and I have made a numerous calls to Monwabisi to help me get my accessories back and he also failing,I have been put on hold to speak to hi or any one in vodacare I had to keep on reacharging until I found someone one to talk to,what I am saying is I think they have lost my accessories and what have I am gonna get won't be mine so I just want a new phone cause one will need to explain why is it taking for so long at their office ,why was it not delivered with the phone,another kind of arrogance ,don't care kind of attitude from vodacom staff,wasting my time and my money to tphone them explaining the same thing or sometimes not gettting the right person to talk to,this is bad disgusting and no sense at all ,

My name is Ernest,on the 10th thurs I went to sasol to put a petrol using my absa cheque card,after I have put R 430.I then gave Petrol Att my card he put it in a pad if failed and he brought another one for absa it failed as well saying insufficient amount ,I was suprised cos I knew there was R685 in the card.I left my phone at the garage drove 7 kilometres to absa ,sitting in the office for almost 20 to the 30minutes,2 ladies who were helping me said they were doing DDR and forgotten pin and refreshing the card ,after that they said go try it ,I went back the card worked right away, so some idiots in the bank never heard of the word responsibility and respect.they think we are all idiots,,I lost R500 that I lost for an appointment for the job I was supposed to do.I took long in the bank,they said they did investigation,but never wanted a petrol att who was helping and while I was putting petrol there was a driver who was using card to pay,it puzzles me the displayed being shown by yolande and reneilwe,you can't sit on a phone for 30 minute,fixing the card and tell me you don't see anything wrong,u either take other person as an idiot or you don't know your system ,disgusted as th
