I experienced a very poor service from a lady called Oratile from PostNet The Glen. On the 29th October 2025 I went to Postnet the glen, driving from Soweto because of the wonderful service I received there previously. I was assisted by Oratile, I explained to her in Isizulu that I need a Poster, I showed her the Poster I wanted since they was a sample one next to the wall. I told her I wanted the same one but while we were still conversing I asked her how much is a bigger size than that one, she said the price is the same. Then I said please print for me a bigger one, then she said “a bigger one will be double that size “ I agreed I said thats what I want. We proceeded with the transaction I paid and Manoj processed my payment. On the 30th I went back to collect my order only to find that the wrong size was printed. When I asked her about it she denies, she argued and said I said I wanted that one, whilst she’s certain that I requested for a bigger size. She made a mistake by not informing the designer about the size yet she refuses to apologise that she made a mistake by What made me more furious is that they is no apology from her side. I work with customers every day, mistakes do happen and we apologise when an error is made but the girl has an attitude and refuses to apologise that she made a mistake. She then said I should come back tomorrow , with no remorse. Im very disappointed. I trust PostNet but the attitude from the staff was not pleasant. A white lady was there whom I assumed was her supervisor, she just ignored me changing words with her staff . She only interfered when I said I want to raise a complaint for this incident.She supported Oratile saying Probably I misunderstood Oratile. Which is not what happened. She sided with her , no apology received from any of them for the inconvenience. I had a client that was expecting a bigger poster now they’re getting the opposite of what I promised. Teach your Staff to apologise, we’re all human. Mistakes do happen. This type of attitude from your team will make us look for services from other SP.
I called today twice to downgrade my current product and add a new product to new property. Both times my calls were dropped off by the agents because they couldn’t locate my new address. During my first call I thought my minutes was deplete, but it happened again with the second call, different agent. Im still shocked,never have I experienced this, a call centre agent hanging up on a customer?? Mweb service is the worst. Im actually not adding a new product anymore, im placing a notice of cancellation on my current product . I’ve already had a bad experience with Mweb a month ago and for this kind of treatment to happen again??? Im done with Mweb. Im even shocked to see how many other customer are complaining the same behaviour i.e calls being dropped off by agents yet its still happening. Im done.
My Internet connection was disconnected on the 2nd of August 2024 due to a missed payment. I usually transfer money to the account that the Mweb premium goes out from but this month I forgot to transfer money on time and that resulted on the debit order being unsuccessful. On the 2nd August 2024 around 6pm I started making calls to try and resolve the payment issue, but I couldnt get assisted I was told that the billing department was closed, I was also told to get the link from the Mweb app. I logged on to the app and I couldnt find the app. Eventually I made a payment to the Nedbank account that was on the statement that is sent to me monthly,hoping that this isssue will be resolved sooner. I was then told to call on monday since they billing department is only available from Monday-Friday. Tuesday the 6 I was called before 12pm I was told that the payment link will be sent to me within 2 hours and that the payment that I made to Nedbank will have to be refunded, since I need to pay using a Payfast. Shasha-Lee April was the lady who requested a new link for me and also told me that I should Inform her if the link is not sent within 2 hrs. 2hrs later I sent her an email and she said the link is not available on her side . On the 7th I called and I was told that the matter is being escalated, I also sent an email to Shasha-Lee April to follow up, she never responded. On the 8th I called and I was told that the order made on the 6th was incorrect , a new order has to be made and the SLA for this is 72hrs which means they can only get back to me on Monday the 12th August. THE SERVICE THAT IVE RECEIVED FROM MWEB AND ITS AGENTS ITS VERY POOR. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AND NO SENSE OF URGENCY. HOW DIFFICULT IS IT TO GENERATE A PAYMENT LINK FOR A CUSTOMER?? EVEN BANKS HAVE SERCURITY MEASURES BUT WHEN A PAYMENT IS MISSED, THAT ISSUE IS RESOLVED WITHIN 24 HOURS OR LESS,.BUT IT TAKES MWEB MORE THAN A WEEK TO SEND A PAYMENT LINK TO A CUSTOMER. TRAIN YOUR STAFF THOROULY, THE Y DONT KNOW WHAT THEIR DOING, AND CHANGE THIS PROCESS ITS PAINFUL FOR CUSTOMERS. MWEB is failing Vumatel customers. I work from home and I havent had internet since the 2nd August. I called again today and I spoke to Buhle, she told me the same story that I was told on the 8th August that a new order is not placed, and the link is still not generated on the system. Im not sure what to do from here, when I called Vumatel on the 8th they said they can't help me from their side, I need to call Mweb, whilst Mweb is struggling to just generate a payment link for me. Ive never seen or experienced this in my entire existence. My patience is running low, both Mweb and Vumatel are failing me. I might as well start searching for other alternatives. This is poor service
The Mtshali Chilwane ladies took my deposit of R200K and attorneys fees of R21k in 2023 November . They're not to be trusted. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Even today the're failing to repay us our money. Dont get involved with them at any cost. Portia Prudence Chilwane is not to be trusted. Be warned. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY, Its even shameful to see a full qualified attorney ****ming innocent people. This is pure evil Prudence Mtshali Youre evil, may the law deal with you harshly and may you reap what you have sown, the pain you have cost us and the frustration of chasing you around whilst you make falls promises, May it return to you countless times. This firm has refused to pay us our deposit. Now they dont respond to our emails and their landline is always unavailable. Portia Chilwane doesn't pick up our calls when we call her on her direct number. We have been to their firm twice to follow up on the progress of our application and our refund, every time Portia is not available, also when we get to the entrance, the receptionist would tell us that Portia Chilwane is not available, then we would wait in the gate for sometime until she opens the gate for us like we're intruders yet we paid for the service .Portia would call her receptionist then she would continue to make empty promises. Some of the excuses that we have been told includes: -Lying regarding the lodge of our bond. She would say we're lodging tomorrow whilst the registration attorneys were not aware of this. - Certain documents are missing or faded (Sellers documents) -The Names and date on the statement of account (with refund amount) were not ours but her other clients and dated 2022 -Her Partner Leanda Mtshali is on sick leave, so she cant process the refund without her -Payment has been loaded but its waiting her partners approval -Payment has been made via Internet banking but no proof of payment is generated. -She never shared the POP , few days later sent us an email stating that her account is busy checking the KYCA. Payment will be released within 48 hours. This was her last communication with us on the 21 May 2024. Mtshali Chilwane attorneys has not refunded us our deposit amount to date. T
This law firm has cost us pain and frustration since January 2024.This firm was was supposed to transfer a land that we had were in the process of buying. A deposit of over 200k was paid in addition to their attorney fees in November 2023. Portia Chilwane one of the directors who was handling the transfer would delay responding to our emails, nor pick up our calls and kept giving us incorrect information until she decided to cancel the registration process due to a reason known to her. We accepted that but now the fight to get our deposit started. Since March 2024 till date we're still chasing her to pay us back our money. She proceeds with lying to us, every week she gives a new excuse for not paying us. 16 May 2024 she said she made a payment but refused to send the POP. Few days later she came back with another excuse yet she had communicated that the payment was done. We have suffered significant financial loss due to this firm. We're even starting to question if this was **** because it sure seem like it. This has also affected our perception in working with black firms in the future. Also every time we want to meet Portia Chilwane we get excuse after excuses. Its obvious they used our deposit money for their personal reasons. Beware of this firm
I would like to lodge a complaint against Amina Rahman attorneys who were assigned to assist with my bond registration around November 2023. Since December 2023 after paying the attorneys fees, I have found it very difficult to get hold of anyone from this company. Ive sent couple of emails requesting for an update but no one would respond nor call me and a tracker was not issued for me to login and view the progress of my application. On the 11th of March 2024 I received an email from the sellers attorneys informing me about the cancellation of my bond registration. I sent that email to Cassandra from Amina Rahma attorneys even today I havent received any response to either acknowledge my email or to advise on the way forward.I tried calling the landline and the line just rings with no response. Im not sure how to proceed from here. Its also concerning how Standardbank would associate with a lawfirm that treats their customers like *******. The treatment of these attorneys always Changes after paying the fees. I need your assistance in processing the cancellation since the deal fell off. I also need my refund
I applied for a Credit Card two weeks back then decided to to proceed with the application because the offers were not meeting my needs. Since then I've received countless SMS's and calls from your auto calling system. I've never been this annoyed. After this experience I want nothing to do with African Bank.
I want to log a complaint about the service I was offered on the 14th December 2020. I called standardbank I had a query on my Credit Card, I was shocked when I was told that my verification was rejected, apparently I didn't provide the correct information and I know I answered all the questions correctly. I asked if they can repeat the question that I had failed and I was told that the system doesnt show those questions. What kind of system is this?? The reason I had made the call was because I didn't have time to go to the branch yet the call Centre couldn't assist me because my verification had failed. This system is rubbish, you dont treat your clients like this, there should be another way of assisting clients if that verification has failed and how does the verification fail while I have provided the correct details. I was told that I need to call again tomorrow or go to the branch. I understand that you want to protect your clients but this is also affecting us. If I provide you with the correct answers and my verification still fails then there's a problem on your side. I was told that my concern will be raised with the Manager and they will call me back the same day. I never received the call. This service is very bad. Few weeks ago we went to Devland chicken liken, and bough 12 Hot wings, only to find out that the had a bad smell. Unfortunately we noticed when we were already far from the restaurant. Out of the 12 weeks, 3 of them had this smell, it was like the meat was rotten. Last week I went back to buy wings at the same place since i stay in devland, when i enter the restaurant the whole place was smelling of the same smell i came across the other day ,my husband told the manager that this meat is not smelling nice and he just looked at him and left, we decided to leave and not buy. Yesterday ( 28-10-2015) we went to Bara Chicken linken, i bought 6 wings and 2 of these wings had the same smell i came across the last time. This is a big issue cos now their selling us rotten meat. we cannot enjoy what we have purchase without coming across a smelly wing. Something must be done with this.
