I’m unable to use my up to-date premium virgin active membership since Aug 23 to-date due to their system failure resulting in me being denied access to all clubs. A 50% discount promised to be effective in Oct 23 remains in their records but a full amount is deducted from my hard earned cash. When wanting to cancel membership with immediate effect, I’m told about contractual agreements of which virgin active constantly fails to keep their end while I’m keeping mine. I regret joining virgin active, there’s nil accountability, extremely bad customer experience, gross negligence…….etc all bad service .
Extremely poor, inefficient, negligent IDIOTS at virgin active la lucia branch. I called for a simple question on whether 16:00 group activities are happening and have been put through to more than 4 idiots from receptionist > manager> not sure about other idiots I was transferred to. Had to end the call as the 4th idiot said he’s putting me back to the receptionist. This is over and above the rumours that the group activities which are beneficial to us “paying members” are cancelled but virgin active la Lucia failed to have a decency to communicate such major changes with us members👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👎🏽👹
Extremely disappointed by your failure to keep your promise to deliver my sister's gift on her birthday today. Your records kept indicating that delivery will be done today by 17H00, only when I phoned netflorist I was informed delivery can only be done a day after my sister's birthday - tomorrow. Extremely poor customer service - lack of communication, lied to me till now delivery date indicates today at 17h00. Order number106046673. Pooooh, thumbs down to netflorist, no value for money.
Extremely disappointed with my very first purchase from leather gallery Pinetown. The couch I paid close to R50 000 never lasted a single month after purchase. After numerous runarounds to get their so called “technicians" to come & see the fault, being given excuses that technicians have broken cars "how is that my problem, do I care - really". Eventually they came and told me nothing can be done to get the couch fixed. My hard earned +-R50 000 down the drain just like that, ripped off. I will never never never buy from them, the lifetime guarantee/warranty promised doesn’t apply when their cheap/second hand products become faulty. More than 10 years ago I bought my couches from Decofurn @ R R8000 and till now they are strong, I just changed the covering. Leather gallery - never, Decofurn - forever***

ON 02 SEPTEMBER absa idirect COMMITED TO PAY ME A FULL REFUND, IT IS NOW 2 WEEKS LATER AND absa idirect REFUSES TO PAY MY MONEY, INSTEAD - DEMANDING DOCUMENTS FROM ME. THIS IS ENOUGH PROOF THAT YOU DO NOT KNOW NUMBERS “AT ALL”. WHY ARE YOU EVEN WORKING IN A FINANCIAL INSTITUTION IF YOU CAN’T WORK WITH NUMBERS??? WHAT YOU ARE REQUESTING IS ****, 2 OF MY DEBIT ORDERS NEVER WENT THROUGH DUE TO YOU IDIOTS DEDUCTING MY MONEY WITHOUT MY PERMISSION, NOW YOU WANT ALL THESE NONSENSES FROM ME. absa idirect To say I’m disappointed about your service will be an understatement. I need my refund with immediate effect, my other deductions won’t go through because of your incompetence. You should be contributing towards helping us South Africans to improve our financial statuses and evidently you have proved to be pulling me & others down so I can further experience financial difficulty. I need immediate intervention right now for my important debit orders to go through. The fact that you never provide a direct contact person is proof enough that you wanna play this hide and sick where no one takes responsibility/accountability. It’s through your incompetence that I left you & through your stinking treatment I will NEVER look back. This is insane. Let go of me, pay back my money???
