I received a speedy and professional service from Likho Macyiya. Thank you.
I am so impressed with the service. I was skeptical of the store, it's an online store and we know the drama with those. But I come bearing good news...I made a purchase on the 3rd April 2025, and I received my goods the following day (4th April 2025). The quality of the goods is great! Thank you!
This dentist overcharges for his services. I have been harassed about settling the account - since my medical aid did not cover for the dentist appointment. Their accounts department did not do a proper follow up after the medical aid rejection - waited over months and now I get daily calls and emails to settle the account, of which they are rude and unprofessional. Where am I supposed to get the money on the whim???? I would never recommend this practice.
Not entirely happy...I signed up for the VIP package (year subscription) in October. My first debit went off on the 1st Dec. I didnt receive a call from any consultant or an email stating the package I've chosen and when approximately I should expect my order delivered. Communication isn't open. I expected at least a single call from a consultant to confirm my order and let me know when it will be shipped. Nothing.
I am DISAPPOINTED with the R400 promotion that MiWay is trying to run. I got a call yesterday (5 April 2018) from their consultant and they informed me of the R400 challenge, whereby MiWay tries to beat your car insurance premium and if they can't they will give me R400. Fine...I took on this challenge, I provided all the details that they requested and after that it came to being that they couldn't. Their quote was something like R598 (however they have the clause that says you need to have car tracker in your vehicle) of which with my current insurance its not a pre-requisite, so I don't have - MiWay adds this feature to my "quote" which is to the amount of R85 and it brought the quote amount to R683. I tell the consultant that clearly you did not beat my current insurance, of which I am paying R620 for my car. He tells me that they did....we had a back and forth disagreement, whereby he ended up saying he will call back he's going to consult with his superior. They call me back and all of a sudden the quote is done to like R650 (STILL not beating my insurance). And the back and forth continues, until I speak to the consultants' team leader and she informs me that they have never run into such a situation whereby the premium they quote a person on is less, however, when they follow their mandate of adding a car tracker to a person's quote, the quote goes higher, and because of that I have won the challenge but she just wants to run to their underwritter and see if they can't do "something" for me....this would have been the THIRD time MiWay is trying to beat my insurance. According to my understanding of the challenge - it's the first we quote me we are going to try to beat your insurance and if we can't we have to give you R400. Now it was going to the third time whereby the consultant was trying to beat my insurance....He later called me and informed me that they have "managed" to bring down my quote to something like R400-something and then they still add the car tracker, which would amount to R588 (or something of that figure) - so they have beat my insurance. After the THIRD TIME??? Like really??? This is pure utter nonsense... I requested the recordings from the consultant, along with their terms and conditions, as the last time I was on the call with him "weird" clauses are coming out that but no you are paying Sasria and Admin charges on your premuim blah, blah....under the Law of Contract, under the principle "Offer and Acceptance" - the offer was that MiWay will try to beat my insurance and if they couldn't they would give me R400. I accepted this challenge (that was the consensus). I have not received those recordings and their terms and conditions (of which I'm weary of because what if they decide to quickly change stuff on the terms and conditions of the challenge). I informed the consultant that I will be taking this further with either my lawyers or to the insurance ombudsman because clearly they are lying to people. Pure misrepresentation! I took time out of my day to take on their challenge. And I sit here and I wonder....if MiWay doesn't want to part with R400 for a challenge, how would they possibly part with more money when I have a claim with them in the event of my vehicle gotten stolen, written off etc???
