My loan has been paid up, yet the company is still debiting from my account, no direct number to rectify the issues I have sent numerous tickets and no feedback. I am very frustrated cause the debit is still going off. Now i have a Final Legal Letter of Demand. who can i speak to this is not right.
Unprofessionalism at its Best, I gave them a call and we discussed about a prescription account plan that my agent Moeketsi who was very polite and helpful with creating a file, and after two days of creating a file I discovered that their service will not be of use as I don't qualify for a prescription, I called them immediately to advise them about this information which Moeketsi also advised that based on the information that I have provided ,I will not qualify for a prescription, Therefore Check check/ Noko Fin will not be of any use and they should cancel my account , an amount of R1840 went out of my account and it's a struggle to get someone to assist me with a refund , I am constantly been transferred to Cynthia who either hangs up or I just hear her talking in the back ground with the other colleagues , my QUESTION is , are you really planning to take my hard earned money in this economy for nothing ? No service rendered at all, just for nothing and just like that?
I would like to express my disappointment with Mr. Price Cresta their cell phone department to be specific. On the 26th of August 2023 I purchase two cellphones, a Samsung and a Hisense ,I have no issues with a Samsung and for some reason Hisense stopped charging I then took the phone back to the store on the 30th of October, I saw told to call the store after a week for an update on repairs when I phones the store , I was told that the consultant that was assisting me has resigned and they know nothing about the phone and i should give them time , I have been physically going to the store which is 16km drive from my home with no luck. I was later ( after about 3 weeks) told that the phone has been found in the store room ,but a discussion will be held with the manager on the way forward as i am worried about the time frame of getting it fixed , Yesterday i was told that i need to bring the phone's charger and heads sets in order for then to take it for repairs m now here is my issue , why did the 1st consultant take the phone knowing seeing that there are no accessories ? you lose my fone for weeks and i am the one that has been inconvenienced and taking time calling you and even coming to the store , now you find the phone I still need to play to your tune and by coming in and waiting another month , or even more to get the phone fixed , from what i have spent in one day in the store in one day only on phones i was not really expecting to be treated like this , the process has been very stressful and painful i regret buying the fones there , I would really appreciate if i get a new phone or my money back as I am not getting value for my money , How i feel is like i came in the store and just gave you my R1499 all for nothing i have had it and not willing to play this game anymore . Can i see value for my hard-earned money please.

I contacted Blucredit for personal loans something is not right , They sold me a dream reward voucher I constantly advised the consultant that I dont want the voucher I was told that it was part of the process to explain to me how the voucher works I asked the consultant by the name of Keamogetswe why is she dwelling so much on the voucher than the loan she she rudely answered and hang up, I was called again and advised that its part of the process to advise about dream reward which I found very strange , I still advised consultant that I am not interested on dream rewards , to my surprise I received an sms confirming that I have subscribed please cancel this subscription I still do not want it , your consultants are really misleading and that is not right.
I am not happy with the service I have been getting from Netstar i have cancelled my account numerous times and I would get a confirmation by money is still debited from my account despite numerous requests. please explain to me Netstar on what should I do to get my account successfully closed . I really don't know what to do now.
Pick n Pay head office. what a horrible service I have been receiving from the Pick n Pay head office (Hr department) . the stress and the frustration we have been receiving is really beyond me , I tried asking for the manger the lady that answered blatantly refused to give me her managers number or even her name , she was very unprofessional and keep on asking why do I want to speak to her superior, never have I experienced such unprofessionalism : the number I dilled is 011 856 7039 she was my 1st point of contact . <p>I was recruited by my husband to joint virgin active and went there with my daughter ,I was told by a consultant that I am in luck because the is a promotion running that when you join with a child you get R1000 cash back and with exicitement I didnt even hesitate to join ( ********** ), I wanted patiently for the incontact , and a month passed and I decided to give virgin active a call only to be told that the was a problem when the form was submitted , Now what I dont understand is this, the was a promotion running which has a promise, and I joined in also with the intention of getting what was promissed,</p> <p>I did my part by joing in with the child and so why is virgin active not keeping their promise to me ,</p> <p>besides that I had to be the one doing the callings and running around for feedback despite promises that they will get back to me .</p> <p>Virgin active to me right please!!!!!</p>

I always deal with old mutual and got great service all the time , however this time I am highly disappointed ,<br> My initial request was send on the 28th of January, when I phone on Tuesday the 2nd was s told that I needed to certify my doc , very well I did, , I phone I again a day or two and was told that my docs were not there, I fought and the lady and she apologized and said that she could see them , that's when I received your mail, now , only R424 was paid to my account , I phoned again today only to be told that I did not tick the close account box , now my question is this when I send an email I did state that I want to cancel the policies even stated the policy numbers and also attached the letter to termination with immediate effect, pls advise me who is at fault now, <br> Now does this process start all over again?<br>
