I do not have a problem with the prodcut itself, that that I would rave and give 300 stars, but the customer service does not match the product. I paid for a repeat subscription on the 28th of June and have not received my new products, I have emailed over and over with no reply and I am not just fed up. It was R782 and at this stage I feel like it was ******.
Mandisa Ndlamlenze was so helpful and I honestly have not ever had any issues with my policy as yet, I have claimed a couple times and everytime its swift and the people I deal with are always very helpful.
Hi, I signed up with dawn wing in November 2020, paid my R1000 to open the account which I was told will be refunded to me, whatever is left of it if I decide to cancel the services, I sent my first package with them in November, it was lost and I only received it back around the beginning of Jan, I had to refund my customer and looked like a complete idiot. I then decided after having not received the best service when this package went missing (I understand these things happen but the way it was handle was pathetic) that I would take my business elsewhere, I sent an email and called requesting my account be cancelled and I receive my refund on 20 Jan 2021, I sent it to individual people (details provided by call center) who did not get back to me, then I logged a call to customer care because no one was getting back to me and I received confirmation emails that my request has been received and yet here I am, 6 month later and they still have my money. I have always had a rather good experience with Fedhealth in general, today however I want to say a special thank you to Fedhealth and all your always cheerful and helpful call center agents. My claim was rejected, twice so naturally I went into the conversation rather bad tempered, however I am left feeling like someone actually cares if my problem is solved and every time I have called everyone has been helpful and friendly. Thank you Fedhealth, everyone is always too quick to point the finger and no one ever just says thank you for old fashioned good service.
My colleague was browsing Builders and she found these beautiful chandeliers for a good price. I was so impressed I decided I would like to order 2 as well and my colleague's Mom decided to order one too. This would have been great business for Builders warehouse however they listed the item with the wrong picture. My colleague has called Builders warehouse repeatedly and eventually she got a hold of the Operations Manager who said as a "gesture of good faith" he will give us one at that price. That is rubbish we are all very upset that The Builders team cannot take responsibility their mistakes and rectify them accordingly. The "chandelier" has since subsequently been removed from their website. Gosh Builders, considering we saved you money on further claims it would have been nice for you to honor the price you listed the item for! You should be ashamed! P.S. <p>So far I have not had a single problem with the Box Fashion, I love my boxe that comes every three months, when I couldnt afford it for a while they cancelled my contract without any problems that followed and the goodies I get in my box I absolutely always love! </p>
