My service from Santam switch was absolutely amazing. Specifically from Megan. My claim was originally for loss, i managed to recover my device, the change in claim status was seemless and all done via email.The process was very simple and straight forward. Megan's communication and efficiency throughout the process made it a breeze.
Your Support service is disgusting. Your agents are highly incompetent. They are basic call centre agents. No internet for 2 days. My Customer portal states im in arrears when my debit has run Successfully on July 1st 2022. Please give Imagine ISP a call and ask them to train you on what service is. I want my services cancelled and my money refunded.
Vehicle went in for repair for bumper bashing on a Chevrolet Utility 15 October. 25 October revised quote was accepted by discovery insurance. I was assured By Peter(manager) its a 10 day fix. Fast forward to 24 January when my vehicle was eventually ready after weeks of missed deadlines, endless excuses and absolutely no sense of urgency. I have called Peter 3 times this month with none of my calls returned. Workmanship on my car is disgusting. Pieces missing, loose items rattling around, *****s falling out of my bumper, control arm boot damaged among other things. My vehicle took nearly 3 months to complete. Failed inspection and had to be resprayed. I will never recommend this panel beater to anyone. I dont know how they are listed with Discovery.
1stly- my charging port for my Samsung S4 was damaged. A charge of R889 was quoted. The manager stated it was water damage which my device was nowhere near water. I took it to an independant repair centre where it was discovered the pins on my port had been bent back. R450 was paid to repair my device on site within 10 minutes.<br> <br> 2ndly- My girlfriend dropped her S4. We took it in and was told the lcd was cracked and a charge of R2500 would be quoted to repair. I then took it to the same independant repair centre where they opened it on site and the lcd clip had come loose. The phone was functioning perfectly after that at no charge.<br> <br> Your \professional"service at these centres are an utter joke. The staff have no idea what they are talking about. We would have been charged for something that did not need fixing. For an international electronics distributor this service is unacceptable and disgusting. I will make sure to make this as public as possible and insure that people stop using these Samsung repair stores as they are really unreliable. """
