My sister unfortunately chose this place in Melrose Arch to have her 40th bday celebration. There were 24 of us and only had 1 waitress. It was almost as if they didn’t expect us because the wine was warm and it took them 1.5 hours to even begin serving the wine. The food was cold and came out in dribs n drabs. The “main event” was the fact that we had a set menu that had an option of lamb shank. 15 of the 24 people had ordered that, but we were told that only 7 was available because it was out of stock because it was served to the other patrons that were dining there. They promised to comp the 8 main meals as a courtesy. However when it came time to pay no one knew about this deal and in fact they were saying they promised to give ya 2 free bottles of wine. Needless to say the night was ruined by this as it was quite a spectacle where the Manager has to be called back whome himself escalated the situation due to him not being able to handle sticky situations. He had a terrible attitude and kept walking away like a petulant child when he seemed not to be able to answer our questions. It was entirely disgusting and unbefitting for that environment it being Melrose Arch and all.
<p>I ordered an iPhone 7 in September via the website where I got someone calling me from the call centre to complete the order.I gave the delivery addres and go the phone deliver a couple days later. The iPhone was an iphone 6 in an iphone 7 box on the 18th. I called to inform them that I received the wrong phone on the 18.10.16 & am still waiting for this phone to be picked up and exchanged. This is extrememly unacceptable to prder someting and not get the correct order and to have to wait for this long for th error to be rectified. If this is not sorted soon i will cancel my contract and buy the phone somwhere else.</p>
We have a nashua machine at our business and have had one for close to 10 years now. I recently requested a technician to connect the printer and my laptop through wifi. Immediately when the tech walked in the the door&I explained my need, he put his hands up and said he doesn't deal with servers and networks and its not his problem. This took me aback where a service provider would just say \that's not my problem!\" where he hadn't even tried to assist at all. Further, this person was wearing a nahsua shirt, meaning he was sent by nashua, to a nashua client, whom had specified the nature of the problem on the phone when logging the call. The tech got extremely irate that he couldn't answer any of my valid questions, and threw his hands up&literally walked out whilst saying \"I don't have to deal with this!!\"<br> I called his superior, one Arthur Pietske &explained the whole situation, he too got irate, told me in fact they will just cancel the contract on the spot&the machine was picked up by the end of that very day."
I have logged 2 claims for a phone insured with mtn insurance and have not received any feedback, nor a reference number for 10 days now. I am sitting without a phone for just as long! Funny how when a debit faulted for some reason it's not even 10 hours until you get a call threatening cancellation. It seems this is the trend at mtn....POOR SERVICE ALL THE TIME!!
