Have for the past month raised a query with their customer services but every reply states my query has been resolved with reference CS - 1901744. I have sent 8 emails with an identical reply each time. I guess Foschini uses AI and I’ve been communicating with a robot who have no skills with regard to answering queries and rectifying them.
My neighbour experienced a medical emergency early this morning. At about 4H30 an ER ambulance from their depot in Pinetown - KZN was requested. Required advise on a floor tiling grout colour. The item purchased turned out very light after placement. Mark from the TAL Technical Advice Centre was helpful and technically competent. As a customer you seldom get satisfactory back up service nowadays! This company did well and is recommended!
Been a Standard Bank customer for + 40 years and have rated them highly in the past. However, last year I had an altercation with the bank, which took far too long to absolve. Apologies were tendered by the bank and I accepted those in good faith. On 7 March I lodged an enquiry with the Bank’s credit card division (GTXPROD2) and promised a reply within 48 hours. No reply received. Further requests by me for a reply were lodged on 11 March and 22 March. On 24 March I received an email from Banker Michael van der Walt from the bank’s ZA Voice Branch Transactional Banking, requesting some personal information, which I supplied via return email. It’s now 13 April and still awaiting a reply! There are problems within these departments and the bank’s senior management should be made aware of these. Edward Noyons.

Have an account issue going back to 01/09/2021 and have sent emails on five occasions. Received a request for further information on 09/10/2021 which I submitted, but is actually available on my profile with the bank at any time! Difficult to accept such poor service - have been a customer of Standard Bank for 40 plus years.
